Former factory. Ceilings in the room are 3.5 meters or higher. Upon check-in, I noticed a huge amount of dust. Nice toiletries. Very good breakfast. Free private parking. Friendly staff.

The room is big enough, but the room is poorly equipped. There is no coffee or coffee machine, and no electric kettle for boiling water. The front desk service attitude is very average. The hygiene is OK. The restaurant service is very good.

This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right. Even during the Turin Winter Games, the price did not increase. It is worth recommending.

The various references to the history of Turin and Fiat are pleasant, and the service and staff are kind, but overall, the property feels quite cold and not very inviting. The room was okay, although the bed was not on par with those in many other NH hotels. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing—very standard, with poor-quality cappuccinos and truly basic offerings. We expected much better.

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice

We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.

Hotel in the center a few steps from Piazza San Carlo. For the price paid (€170/night) for the room I expected something more, both from the room and from the breakfast included. Room too hot with very noisy and insufficient air conditioning; headboard and rear wall damaged by previous guests. Nice bathroom, large with shower and tub. I believe that for a hotel of this level it would be appropriate...

The location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the film museum, which has Cameron's works. The hotel is also very clean. The room is large in Europe.

For me the best in Turin, excellent value for money

Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

Good enough service for the price paid.

Hotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.

I hated the room I paid almost 190 euros for one night! It smells the insects killing spray! The shower was broken! And I the bathroom waste can was not clean and had those ear cleaning thing inside

Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were just fine. The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.

I will start with a couple of negatives, the settee in the room had 2 largish cigarette burns on one of the seats, when pouring, the water from the kettle would go over the surface. The rooms were quite large, and the hotel was beautiful, but the service was just so-so, and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory! The front desk staff were always cold and unfriendly; I don't know if Italians are just naturally unfriendly or if their training was inadequate.

This upscale hotel is located in a prime area of ​​the old town. Is a 4 star hotel. I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked. But it is actually link to another swankier hotel around the corner call Grand Hotel Sitea. If you're fit and don't mind stairs and love old buildings, then Royal palace will suit...

The location is excellent. Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Loved Jose. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden. Highly recommend.

Well, let's just say the building itself seems to be the biggest selling point. But I seriously suspect Ctrip is just stirring things up. With facilities like this, I wouldn't doubt it even if it weren't rated 5 stars. Absolutely not recommended. 5000 RMB a night? What a rip-off! The ceiling is peeling, the walls are like a guesthouse, the furniture is like a cheap motel, and the electrical panels...

Wow! This hotel experience was one of the best ever. The staff, particularly the reception clerk and the butler for the suites property, were beyond attentive, helpful, and supportive. The room was incredible, but the service was over the top!

SPETTACOLARE, Hotel Fantastico, Colazione Ottima, vicinissimo alla Continassa (quartier generale della Juventus, non poteva essere altrimenti). A piedi siamo andati all'ingresso dello Juventus Training Center e siamo riusciti anche a vedere l'uscita di quasi tutti i giocatori e addirittura di farci un selfie con uno di essi.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we come to Turin. The hotel is located a two-minute walk to the train station, metro, bus stops for airport, everything is close. This hotel is a must visit. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and interactive. They've met all of our needs to keep us comfortable. The room was good, but a little basic. The bathroom was very well cleaned and kept. All in all, I look forward to going back again!!!

A fascinating hotel in the former Fiat factory. Very nice renovation, helpful staff, free parking, good breakfast. A little way outside of town but the subway stop is nearby. You can visit the former Ftuat test track on the roof at a discounted rate.

The biggest problem: I forgot my charger in my room, and when I contacted the hotel, I was told it was not found. Great and beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect except my room: it was too hot and no matter how hard I tried I could not turn down the temperature. Others in our big group of coworkers had the same issue. So sadly I didn’t get much sleep. The shower would not get as hot as I wanted but it was ok. Just one complaint . I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the reception staff member today, whose name is Christian A. He charged an additional amount of €55 on my wife’s card for two days of parking. When I informed him that there was a mistake and that the car was parked for only one night and that he should refund the €55, he laughed and said that the amount was small...

We are on a three week trip in Italy, and had some disappointing hospitality experiences until our stay here. Our stay was excellent. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk to the train station. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. The room was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it had plenty of room. The bathroom was quite nice and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes. A good business hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, but for us, the location a bit far from the landmarks and our destination. We went for Juventus Match, and it was a bit far from the Allianz Stadium. You might need to check the location from your destination in Turin. But overall a good hotel.

Always stay here when having business trips in Turin. Reasonably close to the center and to the suburban area. Subway stops nearby and parking available at place

They provided a towel Also there are lockers in every room (the lock itself for additional cost, anyway you can bring yours ) Nice kitchen with everything you’ll probably need The only thing I would add - curtains for the bad, cause the sleeping place was only fenced for 1/3

Highly recommend this hostel. We booked a 3 person room as we were travelling as a group of 3 friends and it was the perfect room with two bathrooms. pillows and bed could be a little more comfortable but it is what it is

The room design is good, you have alot of space around the bed and it feels private. There is a common kitchen and a laundry room that takes 2 euros for a wash and 2.5 for the dryer. The bar is expensive, I paid 8 euros for spritz Campari but as a resident u get 10% discount.

Poor cleaning, limescale everywhere in the bathroom and some mold in the grout; the shower leaks (the door doesn't close properly). You can hear everything from the courtyard/breakfast room and the hallway on the first floor. Staff were friendly at reception, but not at all when checking out. I'm actually used to a better standard and service from NH Collection...

If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the recharge when I checked out, but it was resolved quickly.

What a place. The photos don't do it justice. I stayed here for 10 nights in March and it was fantastic. The style is typical of the area. The staff could not be better. Stopped here at the beginning of our holiday in February. Really good location, about 10 mins walk from the main train station. And lots of restaurants and mini markets near by. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with local advice. Good range of food for breakfast including Gluten Free options. Then a good base to explore the central shopping area and palace.
