Former factory. Ceilings in the room are 3.5 meters or higher. Upon check-in, I noticed a huge amount of dust. Nice toiletries. Very good breakfast. Free private parking. Friendly staff.

The room is big enough, but the room is poorly equipped. There is no coffee or coffee machine, and no electric kettle for boiling water. The front desk service attitude is very average. The hygiene is OK. The restaurant service is very good.

This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right. Even during the Turin Winter Games, the price did not increase. It is worth recommending.

The various references to the history of Turin and Fiat are pleasant, and the service and staff are kind, but overall, the property feels quite cold and not very inviting. The room was okay, although the bed was not on par with those in many other NH hotels. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing—very standard, with poor-quality cappuccinos and truly basic offerings. We expected much better.

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice

First of all, it is worth recognizing the layout and comfort of the hotel room. But as a Hilton hotel, I think it does not meet the conditions. We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.

Hotel in the center a few steps from Piazza San Carlo. For the price paid (€170/night) for the room I expected something more, both from the room and from the breakfast included. The location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the film museum, which has Cameron's works. The hotel is also very clean. The room is large in Europe.

The rooms were quite large, and the hotel was beautiful, but the service was just so-so, and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory! The front desk staff were always cold and unfriendly; I don't know if Italians are just naturally unfriendly or if their training was inadequate.

A fascinating hotel in the former Fiat factory. Very nice renovation, helpful staff, free parking, good breakfast. A little way outside of town but the subway stop is nearby. You can visit the former Ftuat test track on the roof at a discounted rate.

Porta Nuova's new gate is very close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk. There are restaurants and shops downstairs, and many attractions are nearby. It's quite convenient for business trips! The breakfast is pretty good!

A good business hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, but for us, the location a bit far from the landmarks and our destination. We went for Juventus Match, and it was a bit far from the Allianz Stadium. You might need to check the location from your destination in Turin. But overall a good hotel.

Poor cleaning, limescale everywhere in the bathroom and some mold in the grout; the shower leaks (the door doesn't close properly). You can hear everything from the courtyard/breakfast room and the hallway on the first floor. Staff were friendly at reception, but not at all when checking out. I'm actually used to a better standard and service from NH Collection...

If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the recharge when I checked out, but it was resolved quickly.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the city center. There's also a parking garage. My car window was accidentally smashed. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel receptionists speak Chinese. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was not maintained very well. The floor in our room was extremely worn as you walk into the room, and the faucet was leaking.  The leak was repaired with electrical tape, but still sprayed you in the face when the water was turned on full.

We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is superb. Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices.

The room was nice and large, with a retro decor. The first floor lobby has plenty of seating and is warm in the winter, perfect for chatting with friends downstairs. It's very close to the train station, very convenient.

Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

Hotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.

I hated the room I paid almost 190 euros for one night! It smells the insects killing spray! The shower was broken! And I the bathroom waste can was not clean and had those ear cleaning thing inside

Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were just fine. The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.

Is a 4 star hotel. I've to give it 5star as we paid only Euro 225 for a very big room. The staff are all so nice too. When you arrive, you'll be shocked as it is a wooden entrance as if belong to someone's house and locked. But it is actually link to another swankier hotel around the corner call Grand Hotel Sitea. If you're fit and don't mind stairs and love old buildings, then Royal palace will suit...

Well, let's just say the building itself seems to be the biggest selling point. But I seriously suspect Ctrip is just stirring things up. Wow! This hotel experience was one of the best ever. The staff, particularly the reception clerk and the butler for the suites property, were beyond attentive, helpful, and supportive. The room was incredible, but the service was over the top!

This hotel is located in Lingotto, a once industrial sector of the city. There are plaques that tell the history of the buildings and area. The metro is inexpensive clean and safe joyous can easily get to the tourist sector. The train is not as easy even though you can see the Lingotto train station from the hotel. All meals can easily be gotten from the many cafes and restaurants near the hotel...

Among many options I found this hotel offered value for money. Stayed for overnight and found rooms were very cosy and comfortable. There is nothing one can worry about.
