My wife and I stayed here for 5 days. Manuela and Enrico (the Hosts) are lovely, ensuring our stay was amazing - location is perfect and the breakfast is beautiful. The room is modern, extremely clean, and serviced daily. Manuela, advised us on beaches and locations to visit. Highly recommend!

Perfectly clean room, everything is as in the photos. Location is very good - easy to reach the city centre as well as the beach by foot or by bus. Manuela & Enrico are just incredibly welcoming hosts, easy to communicate even though I didn't know any Italian. Also super extensive breakfast provided. Absolute 10/10, can recommend this to everyone who visits Cagliari!

No words can describe the amazingness of staying at this property. Enrico and Manuela made us feel very welcome and we had such a great stay. Great breakfast, spotless service and cleanliness standards, plenty of facilities nearby and very handy location. If you needed a sign to book a room at Elia's B&B, this is it!

I went on vacation with my girlfriend and we stayed in B&B Elia's. We had a great time there! The hosts were very helpful and friendly and treated us to a lovely breakfast every morning. We stayed in a proper, cozy and air-conditioned room. The location was good; the beach is at cycling distance and the supermarket is just around the corner. The only flaw we can think of is the fact that you're not allowed to use the kitchen stove to cook. However, that isn't quite a big punishment, as we were encouraged to enjoy the delicious Sardinian cuisine that way. We really recommend this B&B!

Lovely apartment owned by two lovely people, Enrico & Manuela. They gave us maps & the run down of the local area. The apartment is situated near to Cagliari football stadium, 2km from the centre of town & 1km from a lovely 5km long beach. We had a late flight & they were very accommodating allowing us to come back later in the day to shower & pick up our luggage. Highly recommended!
