Great location to walk to everything in Cagliari. It’s centrally located and just downhill from a plaza that has a supermarket, various restaurants, a gelateria, etc

It’s also just a few minutes from the bus and train stations. The rooms are clean, though everything is very old. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower was very tight with a shower-head that leaked water

The house is very good decorated, the owner has good stlyle, the breskfast is good, the only weak point at least in our room was the bed, the matress was smaller than the bed so there was space in each side of the bed doing the sleeping experience not confortable, also I don't why the bed did lot of noise everytime we turn, if they solve this would be a very nice place as it has parking included and...

We had a fantastic stay at B&Beach, Giorgo very helpful giving advice on surrounding area's and restaurants, rooms are contemporary and clean and smell nice, wifi in rooms, breakfast is more than adequate, property is safe and secure, in a great position for the beach, 10 mins on bus to Cagliari, would stay again, highly recommend

Let's start with our host, Giorgio, a wonderful, kind, and helpful man. He showed us places worth visiting and eating at. He provided information on how to get around the city. We felt at home thanks to his hospitality

Considers and recommends the local restaurants to your taste. The room was very clean and furniture comfortable and the water was hot. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the fresh ground coffee was available all day

Only spent a night here before an early flight. Rooms are nice, bed / mattress is great, good shower with decent water pressure, and decent breakfast! Concierge was helpful with booking me a cab to the airport too.

The hotel is very 4 star, with helpful friendly staff, a good breakfast, although the fruit wasn't refilled once the guests ate it all. We chose not to eat in the hotel as the menu was way too fancy

Every day we had our room cleaned. In addition, the hotel has a perfect restaurant and the bus stop is 50 meters from the hotel. If you are not demanding, you can comfortably get to Poetto beach by bus

The breakfast is excellent and the service at its best! There are two supermarkets near the hotel (5min by foot) and we enjoyed walking through the neighbourhood visiting many authentic restaurants

If you like to stay in a real Italian neighbourhood this is your hotel. Parking is not a problem and for free. We enjoyed the short distance (15 min by car) to Cagliari and the flamingos (15 min by foot, 5 min by car)

The hotel is good, bus stops are not very far. You can walk to the center of Poetto beach in 15 minutes, and to the extreme western part by bus in 30 minutes, taking into account the waiting time for the bus

When being brought to our room, we noticed the beautiful architecture of this 4 star hotel. Is it really 4 star?! is what I was thinking when entering our room

We booked this hotel very last-minute and while arriving to this extremely central located hotel a bit later then expected, due to traffic, the front desk guy Andrea was extremely helpful per what´s app giving us the best tips to park our rental car nearby the hotel

There are basic amenities in the room. No coffee a kettle is available for use. A grocery store is within walking distance. The breakfast option on the beach is great!

Its not in the centre of Cagliari but there are easy and quick busstops nearby. My advice: download the bus app. Its easy to see which bus you need and to buy tickets online

Breakfast is not served in the building but in an external bar reachable in a few minutes

It's just a 10/10, everything was perfect (nice welcome, big clean room and bathroom, free coffee and bread with jam and honey, awesome location litterally nearby everything - old city centre, train station, ferry harbour, full of restaurant and café, 5mn walking to the bus stop to get to the beach, etc

Parking is available but it's a garage that only fits two cars so you have to call them in advance (25 euros a night), otherwise there's parking a 5 min drive away, which is cheaper but not ideal if you're in a rush

They helped work out the bus to catch to the beach and gave other suggestions for things to do. The location of this boutique hotel is excellent particularly in relation to the Old Town, dining and also shopping

There is a supermarket(s) close by. Also allowed us to keep our hire car in their garage a little longer after check out as we had a later flight. The breakfast was of a very good standard
