I found this hotel by chance during one of our Italian adventures. We stayed in a very spacious four persons room where the kids had their own space on an upper mezzanine. The room was very clean with daily room service. Staff is very friendly with most people having an understanding of English. The grounds are well kept and secure with a large parking area, green spaces and huge pool for those hot summer days. Breakfast is a complete North American buffet style breakfast with eggs, cereal, pastries, etc. The hotel is also in close driving distance to the beach, downtown Syracuse and the Island of Ortigia which offers an amazing Italian experience. Very nice place to spend time as a couple or as a family.

Pool access only and a lasagna without drinks cost €180. No table service, just a lounge chair by the pool. Staff doesn't welcome feedback.

A beautiful place and a great host, Lucy, who explains the history of the grounds and the region very well. She makes things easy and everything at Lady Lusya is done with good taste.

Enchanting Stay at Hotel Lady Lusya: A Tranquil Re
Our stay at Hotel Lady Lusya in October '23 was truly unforgettable! This charming establishment boasts a unique main building, delightful swimming pool, and meticulously maintained gardens. The warmth and hospitality extended by the owner and her family made our experience even more special. Our room featured a spacious terrace overlooking the serene countryside and pool, where we savoured tranquil evenings watching breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. The breakfast selection was excellent and left us feeling satisfied each morning. We wholeheartedly recommend this magical retreat to anyone considering a visit to this part of Sicily. Many thanks to Lusya, her son, and the dedicated staff for creating such wonderful memories and for their exceptional hospitality.

More than a 4-star hotel... We can speak of a family-run B&B. Almost everything leaves something to be desired starting from the insufficient cleanliness of the room with the presence of cobwebs, old air conditioning which was also insufficient, breakfast with little choice and recycled even the next day. The dishes consumed during lunch by the pool were of limited quantity and at a truly excessive price. I don't recommend it!!!

Loved this place. Big old farmhouse converted into hotel. Loved the quietness of this place. Hotel has a fantastic pool. The swallows were sweeping down and catching insects as I was swimming in the pool. Great breakfast. And about 20 minutes drive to Syracuse. So if you need some rest, then this is your place. Not too far away from Fontane Bianche.

A true ancient home. Not a traditional hotel, you are perfectly immersed in the history of these walls, plus an amazing swimming pool, my 7-year-old daughter preferred it to the sea, if there was a restaurant up to the situation it would be the best, but for that around between known marzamemi and Syracuse I had a great time, charm and relaxation, highly recommended, top, on request I was prepared an exceptional lunch, the compliments for the pasta alla norma and for pasta with sword closing with a tart made with lots of love , congratulations to the cook Monica and Mrs. Lusya who hosted us

Hello everyone .. Three people stayed at Lady Lusya the first week of August 2022. We were given a room on the second floor, very large with a new bathroom. Classic furniture with everything you need to have adequate organization of clothes and accessories. The structure is a historic villa renovated in the early 2000s.
The greenery is well maintained and the swimming pool is generous in size, very nice.
The staff proved to be welcoming and available to our requests.
Very convenient location for visiting Ortigia and the beautiful beaches in the area.
Good breakfast with delicious cakes made the same day.
The hotel is located in a somewhat isolated area, reachable by a somewhat bumpy road. During the night it appears to be poorly lit, so be careful.
Overall it was a more than positive experience.
Recommended!!!

Bad place, badly managed where there is nothing of a 4-star, at best a very poor quality farmhouse. Far from everything, very difficult to reach, totally bumpy road without any lighting and indications. Dull room, poorly maintained, with very little water reaching the bidet and leaking from the shower. External context, even this little cared for, there is a total sign of abandonment. Last night we preferred to change hotels by informing Booking of the real conditions of the structure. VERY VERY NOT RECOMMENDED

I put a star… because at least one must be put…. Bad structure…. Surely it is not a 4-star, I would define it more as a farm, unqualified staff ...
All bad ... stay forgotten
