Wonderful family run hotel on the outskirts of Avola. Sebastiano and his family took great care of us. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the sea and it’s surrounding restaurants, as well as the train station for exploring further afield. This is a great base if you want to get out and about to see more of the area. Thank you so much!

The hotel is beautiful, the pool, rooms and facilities are superb. The staff are amazing and made us feel so welcome. The staff worked so hard to make sure we were happy. A huge thank you to Sebastian who really looked after us and made our holiday so lovely. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back in the future!

Wow is the word, If I could give 6 stars I would have done it. The place is magic, sunny, relax and nice people. It is in a strategic area where you can move easily and have a lot of things to do nearby. I loved the Italian food made house and the room was so clean and comfortable. What a great resort set in a quite area! We stayed there for a week with kids and had a great time. Rooms were very nice, updated, cleaned regularly, no complaints. The pool area was well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun there. They also serve drinks there and the sunbeds and umbrellas are free. Nice clean rooms with bare minimum toiletries which are not replaced when cleaning, even if they are empty. Pool is nice but super small compared to the amount of occupancy which this resort can take, in fact we didn’t get to use it as it was overcrowded. Donatella and Corrado were both so helpful. They were generous and gave me advice for everything: the best beach, best restaurants for every occasion, who to contact for my travels. Nice people. The hotel is modest but clean. Outside shower after the beach, a place to hand clothes. I'd definitely go back if I come to the area.

Great location. Clean room but with some shortcomings. I found the toilet seat broken, the mattress with a pronounced dip that made my sleep difficult and nervous. Excellent breakfast, nice staff, shame about the two major drawbacks.

We stayed one night. I put 4 out of 5 only because we didn't like that the bathroom door was missing but there was a curtain. Then for the rest I recommend it. The owners are super friendly. Wonderful and varied breakfast.

The courtesy and kindness of the owners made our stay impeccable. Everything perfect from the room to breakfast with typical and genuine products. Top of the top is the fantastic fish-based dinner served in the property's garden. The sea is also easily reachable on foot. We will definitely be back!

A truly beautiful property in an idillyc scenario with direct access to the beach. All the rooms are fully equipped and a short walk from the reception and the beach. Very nice family, perfect service. We only reserved at 5 pm for the night. The owner came especially for us to the hotel to prepare a room. We got a nice room with a roof terrace. The water pressure was fluctuating and the WiFi did not reach into the room, but this was not disturbing us.

Pros: great location, pretty room, spacious terrace, friendly staff, clean. Cons: broken air conditioner in our room (the hotel staff did not offer any alternative room, just a fan... which I find very disappointing!), wifi not reaching the room, a bit too minimalistic breakfast to my taste. The beach next to the hotel was my favourite beach in Avola, so location-wise the hotel feels perfect.

Cozy place, playful owner, we went there for Easter Monday. Eat abundant and well done entertainment for children and folk music for adults. And surprise that I did not expect: they made the children eat first and then the entertainer brought them to play, then lunch for us in complete tranquility and joy. We stayed only 3 nights at this place and we enjoyed every minute. The whole place is located in the middle of lemon plantation that brings peace and quiet atmosphere. Aldo close to Avola, Noto and Syracuse. Breakfast was simple and very tasty. Cappuccino for breakfast was very nice touch. Mr. Paolino is very nice person and the place represents his kindness and character.

This is an awesome beatiful place! It is in between of lemon trees with an incredible flair. The landlord is very friendly and helpful with questions. The breakfast with great prosciutto, selfmade marmelades and apricots from a tree in the yard is wonderful. I think you need to have a car to go there but then it is very beautiful to relax or for trips in the region.

Oh, wow! It looks amazing and feels the same! Lemontrees and their sweetest smell on every step. A very private and quiet hotel and friendly personnel. Make sure you go to Laghetti Cavagrande for a hike and take the closed route Scale Ricci.

Coming from some very nice places before, our standard was probably quite high but despite the very nice and big pool, there were some things that were less nice. Small rooms, shower of the girls looked quite old and not very clean. This place is a magical space in val di Noto. A piece of land surrounded by greenery wherever you look, with nice space where children / families can relax and chill. A drawback we've encountered is the lack of available wifi (hence why the four star).
