The rooms were clean and big enough. The food (during lunch and dinner) was very tasteful and replenished regularly. The campus and the beach were cleaned every day. I had all inclusive, so I visited the bars quite often. The bar service was more or less good, but they used very small cups (1 dcl). It was acceptable for hard drinks, but if you asked for a beer for example, getting it in such a small...

I recommend this resort from the bottom of my heart. Everything - honestly everything - was perfect! Accommodation - so clean and nice to stay in a room, luxurious view, loads of green palms and bushes in a resort and kitchen? I bet you put some killos on like we did :). Just tasty and a wide choice.

The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort.

Look it’s for Italian people as the whole place is Italian speaking simple as that We booked through BA who misled us totally and paid extra for fully inclusive which it isn’t . There is nothing around at all all entertainment which is all in house is in Italian . The beach is lovely, the lady on reception was also lovely. Car park is close by. Balcony was lovely as we were in 208 so had the corner view. The room was a little tired, the bathroom not great but ideal for our 1 nighter before the ferry

Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer zur Straße gebucht und hatten aber auf Nachfrage ein Upgrade für plus 10 € pro Nacht auf Meerseite erhalten, was sich absolut gelohnt hat. Wir waren auch begeistert von der Sauberkeit. Lage am Strand ist super. Personal in der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

If you are traveling outside the active tourist season, this is the perfect place for a romantic and quiet vacation. Excellent staff, commendable cleanliness and perfect restaurant waiter and meal. A charming place for walks, unpolluted surroundings and a clean beach. Would return again for sure!

It is the third time that we occasionally frequent this structure: Excellent welcome, impeccable services, fabulous beach and sea, postcard sunsets, cleanliness at the highest levels, suitable for families, simple and sufficient entertainment, in short... to be recommended and to return!

I had a pleasant stay at this property at the end of August. The room was clean, spacious, and well-organized. A few small details could be improved or changed, such as the shower enclosure with a fabric curtain and the lackluster breakfast.

Very kind staff, very clean and spacious rooms, large bathroom, strategic position if you move a car. Breakfast with a few essential buffet products, not recommended if paid for separately. After all, there is a lift, parking. Recommended for those who want to use it as a base to move to the various many nearby destinations / attractions. It might even look like a 4 star. Property was clean with a very attractive entry. Breakfast was offsite at a cafe attached to the building and was one of the best coffees and pastries of the trip. I would have no problem staying here again.

We had an excellent experience during our Christmas stay. The property and rooms were well-appointed. The cleanliness and tranquility were excellent. A wide selection of breakfast options were available at the adjacent café. Many other amenities are within walking distance, and there's ample public parking. I stayed here for a few days' vacation. The location is excellent, about a kilometer from the Mongiove beach, which is very large and well-equipped. The apartments are clean and well-organized. The indoor pool is convenient.

Everything would be fantastic if it weren't for that poor dog in the pool—a dirt-filled tub with no water, no food, and one of the two lifeguards, while spraying degreaser on the bench, tried to spray it on the dog, scaring him away. Luckily, we provided him with water in a glass and food! You have a restaurant, what does it cost you to feed and drink him? Shame on you 😡

We spent 15 days in complete relaxation. The structure is very welcoming, located a few kilometers from Patti Marina to be precise in Mongiove. The rooms, in which we stayed, were large, welcoming and extremely clean. We booked this hotel for a football tournament and were positively surprised. Rooms clean, everything works, outside areas well taken care off and the owners tried to make our stay enjoyable and went out of their way actually. They even imported beer from our country !

We could visit Tindari and Marina di Patti in a few minutes. Highly recommended for those driving through Sicily, it's just out of the auto Strada, and very safe at night to park in the Residence. You can enjoy the lovely home made food too !!

Three stars for the location, but reading the other reviews I feel like I've been to another place! Arrived there was half a roll of toilet paper and there was no hand soap and a bubble bath, for seven people came a jar with soap inside that we had to measure to wash, and breakfast well, a croissant and coffee from the coffee maker , maybe I'm used to antri b & b where they make you find more things...

The property is located about 2 minutes from the center and 5 minutes from the sea. It is immersed in an enchanting landscape overlooking the Aeolian Islands. Old fashioned/styled/decorated hotel although spotless and flawless maintained and immaculately clean. Staff’s very helpful, courteous and professional. Breakfast buffet it’s well organised and appetising. Plenty of options mainly sweet but also some savoury. I was a wonderful surprise.

Kind and helpful, the rooms are cleaned and tidied up every day. The Garden view rooms have large balconies with a small table and two chairs. In the garden there are two horses that graze all day. The only difficulty is linked to the position so I recommend renting a moped or a bicycle. However, I almost always reached the center on foot, 25 minutes at a slow pace.

There was a supermarket opposite the hotel, however had to walk for 10-15 minutes to find restaurants. The room is not bad, the amenities are a little bit lacking, but it's clean and that's fine. I can't be picky about this place. I left early in the morning and missed breakfast, so I made two cups of cappuccino to take away.

We were welcomed here at the last minute after Manzoni Elements apartments let us down ( we had booked sea view rooms and got rooms overlooking buildings - with no apology and no room change offered as they were full ) the staff at La Bussola were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were a good size, clean and modern. Breakfast was great, we have no complaints.

Had a coffee machine but no cups. Couldn't work the shower they came up to show us how and they could work it either. Got there in the end. Wonderful accommodations and fantastic location--very close to the terminal with ferries for the Aeolian Islands. We stayed just one night, on our journey from Catania to the islands, but we will return and stay longer in this hotel!

The only complaint we have is that we had no hot water and had to take cold showers for the two days.

Very nice place with a Sicilian vibe. The check in is till 21:30 but even though we arrived at midnight they checked us in and told all the needed things. The included breakfast is great! You order in advance and you can really get full. Pretty plates too :)

I booked 2 nights on their big terrace room but received a room with a tiny balcony room that does not even fit a chair. Since there is no staff there, nobody is available to correct the situation or even to complain about having my room assigned to someone else. The next morning finally a cleaning lady showed up to whom I told about the mistake. She then "let" me move to the room I had originally...

We planned to stay for a night after getting off the ferry from Stromboli but we wish we would have stayed for a week. This is a gorgeous refurbished 200 year old palazzo the owner Piero has refurbished into a work of art. The room was spacious, and clean the beds comfortable, the shower gigantic and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Most importantly the host Piero was very amicable and helpful...

What a great place! Right in the middle of this lovely sicilian town, near gorgeous cake shops and bars. The main town square is around the corner. We had breakfast there with the locals and then walked around every morning. The host, Piero, is very friendly and helpful. His dog, Violetta, is a little star!

All four of us were full of praise for our two day stay at Piero's wonderful B&B. He was the perfect host, friendly helpful and attentive. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable, with modern en-suites. Every square inch was scrupulously clean. I operate a guesthouse myself and can identify a kindred spirit. Very good value accommodation in the heart of Milazzo in an elegant pedestrian street Air-Con room was spotless clean. The bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Also the WiFi worked without any problem. A family run business where the owners can give you all kind of tourist advice. If has an elevator, so you won’t have to worry if you’re carrying a heavy luggage...

Great place to stay in Milazzo, particularly if you are taking a boat trip to the Aeolic Islands. The owners are very nice and they facilitate as much as possible the logistics of your stay. Turns across the board This B&B is in great condition, immaculately, clean, and spacious. The location is phenomenal four minutes walking to the port, a block and a half from the main street.
