The rooms were clean and big enough. The food (during lunch and dinner) was very tasteful and replenished regularly. The campus and the beach were cleaned every day. I had all inclusive, so I visited the bars quite often. The bar service was more or less good, but they used very small cups (1 dcl). It was acceptable for hard drinks, but if you asked for a beer for example, getting it in such a small cup was terrible. The evening programs were loudly, so, if you have children (especially small ones), you should ask for accomodation closed to the beach. The staff was nice and helpful.

I recommend this resort from the bottom of my heart. Everything - honestly everything - was perfect! Accommodation - so clean and nice to stay in a room, luxurious view, loads of green palms and bushes in a resort and kitchen? I bet you put some killos on like we did :). Just tasty and a wide choice.

Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*.
Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet.
Food was rubbish / prison food and depressing, we drove out every day to much nicer areas in Sicily. We learned upon checking in all inclusive does not mean everything is inclusive, still have to top up a voi card for drinks like an aperol spritz or negroni.
Did not use amenities a lot as was here for another function, however it seemed the default answer for all hotel staff is no. We were told we needed an animator to allow us to play tennis even though we had brought all of our tennis kit. Felt like a daycare and finally argued through that we can go without an animator, who were constantly on break and inaccessible anyway.
Would gladly avoid this place at all costs if you can. A true hell scape, unless you’re into mass produced all inclusive type of experience (which again is not really all inclusive)

Not a 4 star for sure. And dont waste money on all inclusive option cause its a farce and a big lie. We are currently at hotel right now and the all inclusive is a waste of money. Not even an espresso at the bar before 10am you can take!!! Then all entertainment is at the beach not pools and this is done intentionally. Cause at the beach bar their is nothing included and there is no alcohol! The only alcohol available at beach is beer and that you need pay for even if you are all inclusive. Then there is the rooms!! We have booked a quadruple room cause we are a family. The shower cublcle is for little dwarf aliens cause you cannot enter and bath your kids inside. Its a disaster....full stop....Also, first thing i did when sentering the room is switchnon AC..And the smell was so bad i had to clean the filters myself and dont waste time calling reception. it was obvious months passed before they were last cleaned.....Also beach sand is terribly dirty but maybe this was due to thunderstorm the night before.

The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great.
The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort.

It’s amazing holiday.friendly staff,the food was amazing, the beach was very very beautiful and very relaxing,Life guards were very attentive. A huge thank to Gianluigi in the Restaurant, We always saw him rushing and walking around to ensure that the there are always food at the buffet, he even help serving food to the guest.. we had really fantastic holiday the hotel are very very clean, kudos to all the staff they are doing there job well, and hello to the spider man and sometime he was elf, my children are happy about him.

Look it’s for Italian people as the whole place is Italian speaking simple as that We booked through BA who misled us totally and paid extra for fully inclusive which it isn’t . There is nothing around at all all entertainment which is all in house is in Italian . The food however is great considering it’s buffet three times a day Beach great only two sun beds though per family plus some other strange inclusive drinks which are all in a plastic or cardboard .No glass allowed and the cups are so small all a bit odd and the range of drinks or as they call them cocktails but there not rum and coke is not a cocktail ! Apparently it’s Italian all inclusive !! Even water is only available by the small cup !!! Madness BA really at fault not telling the truth on the web site one restaurant only and you can go the other one called the grill only once not including drinks you pay for those ! Kids clubs beach fun etc all In Italian Staff who speak English great others give you a wide birth as not Italian ! Won’t bother with a package from BA BA not point complaining they don’t care anyway To make it clear go there if you speak Italian and you will have a good time .

Der Strand war zudem sehr schön und sauber mit eigener Strandbar. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen, die Reisedauer von 5 Tagen fand ich für diese Unterkunft auch angemessen - für längere Aufenthalte ist das UnterhaltungsAngebot zu klein.
Am besten hat uns der Strand und das Essen gefallen.
