Beautiful property in the heart of the Dolomites, equipped with every comfort. Large, clean rooms with mountain views. Excellent restaurants, as well as the bar on the fourth floor. Everything was perfect.

I'd like to start by complimenting Matteo for his helpfulness and kindness, but I have to say the hotel is barely a three-star. The rooms are very dated with old furnishings, and there are no power outlets on the bedside tables. We stayed during the week of August 15th, so we're starting with high-season prices. The staff were very friendly, both at check-in and at breakfast. The uncovered but convenient parking lot is located under the hotel, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room, however, didn't meet expectations, especially considering the price. Excellent staff, rating 10. Unfortunately the hotel is not a 4-star, terrible breakfast, bathroom that to do so, you can't spend less than that, we had to buy soap for the shower because the sachets, given one per person, are a joke. Too bad.

In a very quiet area, where in the morning you can hear the birdsong and the scent of lime trees from the balconies, the staff are welcoming and efficient. The rooms are clean and equipped with en suite bathrooms and much-appreciated amenities, such as a refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect! Kudos to Matteo and his highly trained team. Kindness and simplicity! Spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast and especially dinner were delicious! We were very pleasantly surprised by everything and will definitely be back! It's also located 200 meters from the cable car, so it's very convenient for skiers!

This is a family run hotel and we could not expect more. Everyone is so professional, kind and friendly. I could taste so much Italien dishes and all were so tasty and delicious. The service was excellent. It is very rare to have such a home feeling there. The best experience in Italy. We will be back, we could not recommend more if you want to be part of something special. Probably one of the best places to stay to enjoy the Pinzolo / Madonna Di Campiglio area The location is great, close to the main ski lift with an optional shuttle to the lift that makes getting there faster and easier. The Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. The Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bed and pillows for me were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Denny. We are a family of 4 from Australia. The rooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the 3 course dinners, breakfasts and the skiing at Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio. Thankyou for having us. We hope to be back one day.

When I recall our recent stay at Hotel Denny, I can only think of the outstanding hospitality. We have not encountered the level of generous care in any other hotel. We looked at Madonna at first but it is far too much of everything, not to mention that walking to and from the lifts seems impossible. The vibe in Madonna is chic and expensive, Pinzolo, and especially the lovely family that has owned it for generations, are the best hosts we encountered on our trip.

Room wasn't the that nice too noisy from the neighbour rooms. Lifts were across the hotel, but there are other options to get to the slops or lifts. I say shop around for better hotel and deal. Also breakfast wasn't the best compared to the other places I have been.

This is a lovely cosy hotel, the staff are fantastic, I'm not sure if it is family run, or the manager just picks great staff, everyone is friendly, helpful and just a joy to meet. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re travelling with a pet. Despite being animal friendly the hotel has extremely strict rules, which are not stated upfront. The pet is only allowed on the ground floor, cannot stay alone in the room even if it’s well behaved. Also you are only allowed to throw out dog’s poo into the special container, which is 10 min away from the hotel. Overall rooms are big and clean but...
