Beautiful property in the heart of the Dolomites, equipped with every comfort. Large, clean rooms with mountain views. Excellent restaurants, as well as the bar on the fourth floor. Everything was perfect.

Hotel Cristina is an immaculate family run hotel. My initial impression, even before I arrived, was excellent as they responded very quickly to my various questions. I booked for 3 people and then changed my request to include a 4th person, and they were very accommodating and provided a 2nd room when we arrived. Cozy hotel, amazing staff and great food experience. On top of that, location is just perfect. Spa area is also nice and clean. Rooms are having a great view to the mountains. Parking is quite small. But you will not need tha car. Highly recommended!

Booked via crystal holidays. Arrived very late and was welcomed by lovey staff. Shown to room at 11.00 pm. We had a standard room with balcony , however, the room was EXTREMELY small, lacking in decor and very claustrophobic! It was freezing cold as the bathroom window had obviously been left opened all day and night. At that time of night we couldn’t do anything about it despite trying to turn on...

We stayed one night with our daughter on the occasion of the Brenta Bike. Unexceptionable for kindness, service and cleanliness. They even made sure that cyclists could shower after the race after 3pm ... I highly recommend it.

Loved this cosy friendly hotel in Pinzolo. Our room was perfect front facing top floor a lovely bar area, ski and boot storage. The food was great a lovely breakfast, great coffee and so many cakes! Stayed here on a Crystal package holiday at the beginning of March. The hotel is a bit out of town, but the free shuttle bus got us to and from the ski lift in less than 5 minutes, so wasn't a problem. The hotel has a nice interior, and has a lively bar with reasonable prices. The rooms are a bit basic, but are more than adequate. This is a family run hotel and we could not expect more. Everyone is so professional, kind and friendly. I could taste so much Italien dishes and all were so tasty and delicious. Probably one of the best places to stay to enjoy the Pinzolo / Madonna Di Campiglio area The location is great, close to the main ski lift with an optional shuttle to the lift that makes getting there faster and easier. The Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. The Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bed and pillows for me were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Great value hotel. Uncle and nephew are very welcoming and took wonderful care of us. We stayed for a skiing week and they helped provide us cheaper ski passes and gave us a discount to a ski rental shop. Breakfast has a variety of choice - and freshly squeezed orange juice! This is a perfect location in Pinzolo, step away from the tram and in the center of the village. We looked at Madonna at first but it is far too much of everything, not to mention that walking to and from the lifts seems impossible. The vibe in Madonna is chic and expensive, Pinzolo, and especially the lovely family that has owned it for generations, are the best hosts we encountered on our trip.

Stayed for 5 nights with my parents. Great location for the lifts and the pedestrian area in town; bright and spacious rooms with great showers and balcony; small but perfectly formed wellness area. Idyllic family owned hotel with lovely owners. Great breakfast. Right in town. Pinzola Gondola can be a hike with ski-boots but ski-bus takes off conveniently not far across the street taking you all the way to Madonna di Campiglio, if you wish. Highly recommended hotel.

The food in the hotel was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and functional. Nevertheless the ski room was kept clean and the spa area was modern and had an exceptional ambience. Definitely recommend.

Very nice staff, very good dinners. Breakfast was not enough, no salads or vegetables just tosts and egs or sausages (maybe this Italian style). It was my first visit there. I did like a spa area where residents can use the sauna or steam room, swimming pool, or some treatments. Great location very close to gondola (if someone go for skiing).
