We had the absolutely best stay here in Pinzolo at Quadrifoglio Hotel. Staff were so accommodating ESPECIALLY the young staff that I don’t have the right disclose his name. He’s the reason we are coming back to Pinzolo to stay. A fantastic asset to the hotel he is. The rooms were clean. The room I was staying was a true dream. The food was posh but was in excellent taste. The whole experience at Quadrifoglio Hotel was magical. Thank you so much mother and son. I can’t wait to return!

I'd like to start by complimenting Matteo for his helpfulness and kindness, but I have to say the hotel is barely a three-star. The rooms are very dated with old furnishings, and there are no power outlets on the bedside tables. There's no air conditioning, which is important even in the mountains during these scorching summers. The bathroom has just a sachet of shower gel and nothing else, with the kitchen faucet serving as the sink faucet. As for the food, I have to say it's not bad. The location is very nice, as it's not affected by the traffic heading to Madonna di Campiglio. The price, in my opinion, is very high for the service provided.

We stayed during the week of August 15th, so we're starting with high-season prices. The staff were very friendly, both at check-in and at breakfast. The uncovered but convenient parking lot is located under the hotel, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room, however, didn't meet expectations, especially considering the price. It's quite dated and not very functional. There's no air conditioning and no power outlets near the bed. Each guest receives only one large towel (no hand or bidet towels), and the courtesy kit is missing shampoo. Also, since it's the middle of August, a small bottle of water upon arrival would have been much appreciated.

Excellent staff, rating 10. Unfortunately the hotel is not a 4-star, terrible breakfast, bathroom that to do so, you can't spend less than that, we had to buy soap for the shower because the sachets, given one per person, are a joke. Too bad.

In a very quiet area, where in the morning you can hear the birdsong and the scent of lime trees from the balconies, the staff are welcoming and efficient. The rooms are clean and equipped with en suite bathrooms and much-appreciated amenities, such as a refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the garden and the proximity to the bus stop and the pine forest. Nearby is the splendid frescoed church of San Vigilio, a true gem of the Rendena Valley. The town center, with its various shops, supermarket, and church, is just a few minutes' walk away.

The toilet seat was loose. There was hair in our food. Everything that was "fresh" was canned, like tuna. Don't take the fresh fruit. You get an apple and a tangerine. All the food was reused in the morning. They don't check the food. Tops. The hotel was close to the gondola.

Everything was perfect! Kudos to Matteo and his highly trained team. Kindness and simplicity! Spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast and especially dinner were delicious! We were very pleasantly surprised by everything and will definitely be back! It's also located 200 meters from the cable car, so it's very convenient for skiers!

We stayed at this hotel with our family and our dog. What can I say? It felt like home. The staff were young and very kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. After an overnight flight that lasted almost seven hours, we managed to get our room in the morning, which almost never happens in hotels. The food was good. The cleaning staff were always available, as we have proof of this as we have a dog. We will definitely keep this fantastic hotel in mind for future stays here in Pinzolo.

The worst holiday I've had in Trentino in 40 years. Having booked at the last minute, unfortunately this hotel was the only one available. Without going into detail about what was wrong, I wish the young manager all the best, as he proved to be kind and understanding. The rooms were awful, dated, without electrical outlets, scorching hot, and without air conditioning, but clean. The food was poor, and especially the chef—I'm giving you the name you chose—never Trentino cuisine, only slapdash, low-quality food. I left a day early despite having paid in advance. Don't trust anyone who leaves positive reviews.
