What an amazing Hotel in a great location. The staff are amazing Sara in reception was so helpful and Lorenzo was a lovely young man, very polite and excellent at his job. The rooms were beautiful .Breakfast choices were so good and would for sure set you up nicely for a long day on the slopes, overall an amazing experience

Hotel Spinale is in a perfect location (for the ski slopes and the town) with outstanding facilities (wonderful pool and spa together with an outstanding restaurant and friendly bar). As GREAT as the hotel facilities are, the very best thing about this hotel is the staff service and culture.

A very pleasant holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When our ski rental through our agency did not work out as expected, they fixed everything and included a day fri of charge. We were very impressed by the staff in all matters.

Great hotel, good facilities, friendly staff. BUT. i've had 3 straight nights of interrupted sleep due to what appears to be unsupervised children in neighbouring rooms. My hoilday is affected, unrelaxing and tiring as a direct result. Management while polite have been inaffective to date im sorry to say.

Had the most amazing Stay in the Hotel Splendid on Ski Trip for 30th Birthday. Lovely Hotel, Brilliant facilities and the most amazing team of staff who always went the extra mile. The service is excellent, the breakfast is large and good. They also have a laundry service which normally take two days. A shuttle service is available if you don't want to walk the ~500 meters to the Spinale lift. Don't miss the afternoon pastries or the evening snacks served in the bar!

Nice hotel, clean rooms and common parts with good ski room and access to one of the ski lifts. For skiing, be aware that you can end up away from the hotel if you ski the “wrong” way back, and the only ski-in is a black run. If I had any criticism, it was the friendliness of the staff which I found relatively cold and uninterested in ensuring we had a good stay.

Hotel is perfectly positioned opposite the cross country ski and nursery slopes but the hotel will drop you at the main groste and Fortini lifts and collect at the end of the day. The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. We enjoyed staying there and Will definitely go back again.

Spent unforgetable vacation here! Stuff is extremely nice and always ready to help and assist you. Rooms are new and very clean, food (we had breakfast and dinner) is local authentic and it is great! For skiers, nearest lift is next to hotel and there are two slopes leading to hotel itself. Would higly recommend!

I stayed here for a week whilst on a skiing holiday, and would go back again without question. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed. Some of the rooms have been recently renovated and look lovely. The communal areas are clean, comfortable and also well sized so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of your neighbours. Rarely am I surprised, but my expectations were exceeded by this hotel. The lobby seemed a little dated, but the service was exemplary. The entire staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable - especially the maitre d' who genuinely made us feel welcome. We stayed New Years Eve and the oysters, champagne and pre fix dinner (dinner is included in the cost) was exceptional.

Very clean and tidy room.modern and nice bathroom.in the centre of the city and good location close to all ski lifts.they had a van to take you and pick up from skiing.the spa was nice and clean and had a warm indoors swimming pool with jacuzzi clean.the owner is lovely and very helpful.live music in the bar which is nice but pick a room that is not noisy.very happy in total

Brand new hotel, modern rooms in very elegant beige tones, super bed. It has a refined lounge complete with champagneria Great cocktails. I recommend the mojito !!! Given the times, no buffet at breakfast, but all the tables are set with care. We had 1 bottle of still water 2 juices a variety of jams and honey 2 brioches a basket of bread. I asked for some toast and they made it for me right away....
