Paradise Inn in Livorno

Hotel is not very close to the sea. The rooms are not bad - clean and spacious. The breakfast could be better - they serve overly sweet pastries and soggy sandwiches but again not tragic. I wouldn’t stay there again. The door to the bb is VERY hard to open.

They cancelled my parent's reservation last minute (evening) of the arrival date and gave the room to somebody else. Just because of a problem with a credit card. Like it is impossible to pay on the reception ?
Luckily they have found a hotel somewhere else.

Terrible experience. In short, the owner confiscated our assets and did not want to give us the keys to access the B&B. He was not present at check-in and we were able to enter thanks to a tenant who opened the external door for us and then guided by the owner we first rummaged inside the mailbox at the
searching for a bunch of keys, finding only butts, then finally we found the keys under a vase. Once we entered the structure we waited for her for two hours because he said he would bring the keys and instead she did not show up, she called us only around dinner time, here we had now gone out to say that she would wait for us in late evening to let us access the palace. At around 10.30 pm, however, he calls us, threatening to arrive in via Roma 162 within half an hour, otherwise he would not have opened us. We jumped in here and the owner yelled at us and threatened to seize our belongings still in the room. Having no alternatives we were forced to pay the full price among the owner's sulti. Surreal is absolutely not recommended. Ah .. To top it all .. Laundry towel. Book somewhere else!

Don’t bother comming. They cancel reservation on last minute. They do not let you know and the receptionist lady hangs the phone on you. When calling back to talk with the supervisor, nobody answers anymore....

Nobody should go to this hotel , it’s like hell service, bed sheets where so dirty and rooms are like bathrooms of trains, the reception lady don’t know how to to talk , no ventilation in room , hope no one go to this hotel never
