This hotel was so nice and the price was so good, that I am almost reluctant to review it and "let the secret out". The room was very nice, made exceptional by the incredible view of the mountains behind Forte dei Marmi and the lovely balcony. I could have happily spent the entire day there. The hotel breakfast was wonderful, even by high Italian hotel standards. The hotel offers all sorts of options for things to do like bikes, a pool, and special meals. Down to a person, the staff were all friendly and helpful. They genuinely seemed happy that you were there. Finally all the details here (parking, checking in, checking out, etc.) were handled in a simple and unfussy manner that added to the strong sense of peace and serenity the place already exudes. I sincerely hope to return to this pleasant oasis, both the hotel and Forte dei Marmi itself, sometime soon.

I had a truly enjoyable experience. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I was especially impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
The front desk team was welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the restaurant team, who were always attentive and kind. The breakfast was delicious, and the warm attitude of the staff made it special.
Overall, Hotel Acapulco delivers great hospitality with a personal touch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I was in need of some down time to relax and unwind and Hotel Acapulco in Forte Dei Marmi provided. The staff there were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. Would be happy to have another opportunity to go back. Thank you to all for everything

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly. I was extremely disappointed in my room. The bathroom was old and not renovated. It was also extremely noisy from the guests even-though I was in a room away from the elevator. I guess these hotel, are not sound proofed. I don’t think it deserves a 4 star rating, the most is 3 stars.

We stayed for 1 week and has the most enjoyable time. The staff were particularly helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I mainly dealt with Stephania and Bazi who were great. The owner was at the property most of the time and added a touch of sweetness to the experience. I definitely would stay here again!

The hotel is extremely nice, well located, decently priced for the quality of the room, the location, the staff and the services, in a high season.
I got upgraded when I arrived without asking for it. The staff was extremely helpful. The room extremely clean with a very good quality mattress. All the amenities are there.
The breakfast buffet complete, with all sort of healthy and unhealthy options.
I think the 4 star ranking does not do it good, except that maybe in Forte dei Marmi there are plenty of high end hotels.
I couldn't have gotten any better quality for my money.
However, I have 2 remarks, the gym needs some update or at least some maintenance, and the bacon was not good.
Everything else: Perfect

Very clean and well equipped hotel. Gorgeous staff who were the highlight - easy to rent a bike and breakfast was lovely. It’s a great hotel but if you would like a more spacious room for two go for a triple as the doubles are on the smaller side.
Lovely bar tender who made us special spritses everyday.
Not fancy or designer by any means but so so well kept and great Italian experience.
They also have black out blinds which were an unforeseen treasure for sleep ins.
Easy walk or bike into centre.

We came to Forte dei Marmi for a family wedding, and quite a few of the wedding guests stayed here. The service was absolutely fantastic – the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s recently been renovated and it’s full of stunning artwork throughout.
The rooms were lovely, with really comfy beds, and the buffet breakfast was brilliant – loads of delicious options to choose from.
It’s in a great location too. I’d definitely recommend hiring a bike and exploring the area on two wheels – it’s the best way to take it all in!

Forte dei Marmi feels like a ghost town in the beginning of June.
The hotel itself was cute and the breakfast was great but the rooms were outdated and the amenities subpar. The staff was not very helpful in assisting with our changed travel plans and charged an extra 70€ per person per night, which is also the reason we left early.
