The most amazing couples experience. Spa and thermal pool eat your heart out. Beautiful scenery lovely staff. Will return.

We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!

Good value for money for a 5 stat

I recently stayed at this spa and, unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations due to several issues. First, the room I was assigned didn't have air conditioning, a significant inconvenience for me, as I suffer from the heat even at moderate temperatures (around 22 degrees Celsius). Furthermore, the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom caused an unbearable buildup of steam and heat...

The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

Fantastic spot I had such a great time staying here. Located in a beautiful spot on the hill surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, you will find this cosy spot. I received a bottle of wine from their own vineyard at check in which tasted wonderful and when I opened the door to my room a wave of fresh rosmary smell hit me, this was so pleasant. We forgot to make a dinner reservation one night and even though there was another event in the restaurant they were able to accommodate us with a lovely table outside under a gazebo. A very friendly and attentive hosting. The room was in a typical simple Italian style. The bathroom comfortable. Everything tidy and clean. The beds not too weak for a good sleep and the outside quiet. So all in all a really great place to stay for a couple of nights. We get a great breakfast in the morning with all you can wish for it.
