The most amazing couples experience. Spa and thermal pool eat your heart out. Beautiful scenery lovely staff. Will return.

We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!

Good value for money for a 5 stat

I recently stayed at this spa and, unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations due to several issues. First, the room I was assigned didn't have air conditioning, a significant inconvenience for me, as I suffer from the heat even at moderate temperatures (around 22 degrees Celsius). Furthermore, the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom caused an unbearable buildup of steam and heat...

The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

Considering it's off-season, it doesn't seem that reasonable. The location isn't great, and public transportation is inconvenient. I was a little disappointed that the menu only had Western fast food. The vegan burger tasted exactly like the worst meat substitute I've ever tried. I used to get it for free at a pizza restaurant, but experiencing it again in this hotel restaurant wasn't exactly a pleasant...

Poggio: This place is a true oasis of tranquility with wonderful views and atmosphere, run by very kind, hospitable, and smiling people. The location is ideal; you can relax surrounded by olive groves, listening to the cicadas and crickets, or lounge on sunbeds by a nice, small pool with a jacuzzi. Large rooms, a nice pool, good breakfast, and above all, a great location. However, I completely recommend avoiding the restaurant. Expensive and tasteless.

Ate at the restaurant for dinner. This is a more formal setting than your typical agritourismo. It is very nicely decorated, and good service. Portions are smaller than other areas. Their pizza is unfortunately not so great.

Fantastic spot I had such a great time staying here. Located in a beautiful spot on the hill surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, you will find this cosy spot. I received a bottle of wine from their own vineyard at check in which tasted wonderful and when I opened the door to my room a wave of fresh rosmary smell hit me, this was so pleasant.
