The most amazing couples experience. Spa and thermal pool eat your heart out. Beautiful scenery lovely staff. Will return.

We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding.

We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!

Good value for money for a 5 stat

I recently stayed at this spa and, unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations due to several issues.
First, the room I was assigned didn't have air conditioning, a significant inconvenience for me, as I suffer from the heat even at moderate temperatures (around 22 degrees Celsius). Furthermore, the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom caused an unbearable buildup of steam and heat after using the shower or hair dryer, forcing me to open the windows every time I used the bathroom and before going to bed to make the environment more livable.
Another issue arose with the water supply in the shower: for a while, the water was practically non-existent, causing considerable frustration to my partner, who happened to be using the shower at the time.
Regarding breakfast, pancakes were not included in the standard menu and had to be purchased separately. The property's pool bar proved equally problematic, with high prices and slow service due to understaffing, resulting in long wait times.
Other negative aspects included the limited variety of TV channels available in the rooms, which limited entertainment options, and the presence of dust on the back of the bed, indicative of inadequate cleaning.
In summary, the experience was disappointing due to infrastructural, organizational, and maintenance deficiencies. I recommend that management improve the conditions of the rooms, such as installing adequate ventilation systems, increasing the bar staff, and optimizing the services offered to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

5 stars-A peaceful escape into nature
I had an amazing and truly relaxing stay at Grotta Giusti. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle, made it feel like a true escape. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely visit again. Highly recommend for anyone craving tranquility and a touch of luxury in the middle of nowhere!

This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing.

We did not have breakfast or lunch at the resort but we did have dinner. As someone who is accustomed to fine dining, it was disappointing. Food was under seasoned and lacked depth of flavor.

I would definitely stay here again! Just next time venture down the way 5 minutes to a local restaurant. ☺️
