The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. However, there were no coffee makers in the rooms or microwaves. The hotel lobby did not have a trash can either. The breakfast was fairly good with lots of choices.

The reception area and maid service was excellent. The hotel is air conditioned but if you open your balcony door make sure it is closed properly, as it is tied to the AC. If open, the AC won't work. The location is great, nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is really noisy, the doors of the rooms closes so hard that you wake up when someone leaves his room. Also a lot of noise from outside. The cleaning could be better. When we're arrived our room wasn't cleaned but they've gave us an other room and apologies for the mistake.

Stayed at the Adua for a week with a (well organized) Newmarket tour. We had a pleasant room (310) which had an excellent bathroom and quiet and effective aircon. this hotel don’t look like a 4 star hotel . the walls in the room are dirty and the bathroom , in some places there is dirty too. the color choice doisemt seem right and it makes the room look more old and vintage but not in the right way .

The air conditioning failed, and they said there was nothing they could do. I went down to the reception desk to sleep. The night watchman offered me a room with working air conditioning. Sometimes you have to be incredibly imaginative.

Great for a budget stay in Italy! Rooms were very clean and our room was very modern with excellent air conditioning. Great hotel! Lovely cleaning staff who were very helpful when our kids got sick. Buffet staff were so friendly. Reception staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Good value for money. Good location. Good size of the rooms. I stayed just one night, so, I can not tell a lot about the hotel. But, when I come back to Montecatini, I return for the same hotel. This is a good point.

This is without a doubt the BEST HOTEL IN MONTACATINI!! My family and I have stayed here 3 times since 2016. And every time it blows us away on how amazing the staff, the Cleanliness, and the breakfast are!!! As a current Hotel GM in Massachusetts, I could only wish my staff was this good. We now make it a point every time we go to Italy, we will make it a point to stay at the Tuscany Inn!!

One night stay in Tuscany, at the Tuscany Inn Hotel. the staff were very friendly and our check in was easy. Our room was one of the biggest we have ever stayed in. This Grand Old Hotel is Magnificent!!! We were lucky enough to be booked here with a Gate 1 Tuscany 7 day tour with our son Matt. The front door staff was excellent and by the second day they knew what our room number was and had the key ready as we walked in from out side. We had a wonderful week over NewYear. The food was top class and we thoroughly enjoyed the gala dinner on New Year’s Eve. Our room overlooked the square and was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel is old and charming. There is a very atmospheric bar where Michele really looks after the customers……. he even made hot whiskeys which was a first for him! The staff were most efficient and friendly...

The Tuscany area of Italy was beautiful and the weather in Nov. was terrific. We enjoyed the people and the atmosphere. We took a group tour of several villages in the area and had a really great guide.
