Definitely not 5 or 4 star. Furniture is outdated, rooms are small, showers are but the best, very narrow bathtub, terrible water pressure and water temperature changes at a whim. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations in other rooms. Night life in surrounding places was a constant interruption.

The hotel is very nice. Classy. Rooms are nice. Bed was a bit hard. Service was good. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Good location; central to a number of stores. Safe. This hotel was across from a beautiful park and within walking distance of shopping and dining. It offered spectacular views all accesible by a short walk around this historical spa town. We were with a tour group and visited many other towns on day trips that were within an hour ride. This hotel and quaint town was centrally located to many regions in the Tuscan area.

Very nice place. However, breakfast was same every morning. The air conditioning was off and on and off. Wouldn't have minded sleeping with open windows, but the street was very noisey.

I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. This is a great hotel! We stayed here for four nights in January. The room was very small, but it was sufficient. The only problem was the hotel had control of our thermostat, so even when we turned it up to the maximum temperature allowed, they turned it down again. This is a 4• hotel mainly I think because of the great spa and massage facilities. The hotel itself feels like a seaside resort hotel and the bedroom was very ordinary.
