What could be improved? We booked a lake-view room, but in the morning the windows were so dirty that they spoiled the otherwise romantic view. Also, the shower ventilation was surprisingly noisy. Fair price for what you get. Off the beaten path, older hotel. We stayed in a 3 person room which was larger than others, breakfast was included and quiet good. There's a pool and a restaurant that we didn't have a chance to visit. Overall, if you've got a car and don't mind being a bit far from tourists attractions- it's a solid place.

Good service, very friendly staff. Old building and everything you can expect of a 80' build. Plenty of parking, short drive to Lucca.

We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!

Good value for money for a 5 stat

I recently stayed at this spa and, unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations due to several issues. First, the room I was assigned didn't have air conditioning, a significant inconvenience for me, as I suffer from the heat even at moderate temperatures (around 22 degrees Celsius). Furthermore, the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom caused an unbearable buildup of steam and heat...

The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

From the minute we arrived staff were very accommodating and courteous. Hotel had a great location even had perfect parking. A/C in the room was great even though we were there during the heatwave. The location is great, nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is really noisy, the doors of the rooms closes so hard that you wake up when someone leaves his room. Also a lot of noise from outside. The cleaning could be better. When we're arrived our room wasn't cleaned but they've gave us an other room and apologies for the mistake.

The breakfast was excellent. From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff was very attentive. I really appreciated both the warm welcome at the reception and the polite and lovely attitude of the service staff. Both the common areas and the room were very clean. Contrary to previous posts, there were no bed bugs or rats. Rooms were clean. We had a student group traveling so we had 25 rooms. The only issue was one AC unit not working properly. We were guests of this structure for a sports competition of my son. The hotel has some old charm and despite it being furnished with some older furniture, everything in the hotel was absolutely spotless. Staff was very polite at all times. We had a buffet for breakfast, and there was a very polite gentleman who made us coffee of our choice.

Hotel Parma e Oriente was an excellent place for us to stay. We found it by accident because our regular hotel was booked, so I had to find another one. How lucky was I?! Stayed here on Caldeiona Travel Treasures of Tuscany Tour. Really enjoyed this trip. Pick up was from Glasgow with some further pick up along the way. Our bus acted as a feeder bus until we got to Hull for the ferry after which we got to meet our travel companion properly. As this is a coach tour there were serval key points and parts to it. Just home 5 nights at this hotel lovely staff and food spotless clean fresh towel each day lasts night was a themed night in the restaurant great food ,staff friendly and helpful continental breakfast but plenty of choice, 5 minutes walk to town centre and railway station

Good hotel. On the downside, the only thing is that there is paid parking.

Very cozy and cost performance wise is the best with friendly and very polite staffs.

Wowsers! A hotel and a half! Fabulous location with a 5 minute walk to the centre, rooms are large and absolutely immaculate. The bathrooms are large and the 'disco showers' powerful and a delight to get clean in. Beds are so comfortable you don't want to get out of it in a morning! What a lovely hotel this was. Close to the train station to go to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and more. Montecatini is a lovely quiet town, with some nice places to eat. You can get the Funicular up to Montecatini Alto, which is on top of a mountain. Very old town, with some bars and restaurants. SmArt Hotel Bartolini, is a nice quiet hotel, just a short walk from the main square. The staff are all so nice...

This property was spectacular. I enjoyed my stay very much and will stay again next time I’m in town. I especially loved the refillable water bottles and how clean everything was.

Beautiful spa town and lovely small hotel. Staff welcoming and helpful. English spoken. Brilliant breakfast from buffet or cooked and prepared on ordering, so much choice! Nothing was too much trouble for Barbara, service with a smile always. Spotlessly Clean rooms

This hotel is fabulously positioned for the centre of Montecatini Terme and only a few minutes walk away from the railway station....the link to many of the beautiful cities in Tuscany. Nearby is an absolutely gorgeous park with many things to discover including a breathtaking spa building. There is a a large free carpark a short walk from the hotel for those exploring by road, and it's not too far...

Stayed at the Adua for a week with a (well organized) Newmarket tour. We had a pleasant room (310) which had an excellent bathroom and quiet and effective aircon. The public rooms were beautifully furnished and the restaurant was excellent with good food and brilliant staff. In fact the staff throughout were very good, providing faultless service. Highly recommended

this hotel don’t look like a 4 star hotel . the walls in the room are dirty and the bathroom , in some places there is dirty too. the color choice doisemt seem right and it makes the room look more old and vintage but not in the right way .

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week here as part of a package. We found the staff very welcoming and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Like most well established Italian towns, the buildings are very old, but this has been adapted quite well to a hotel. The size of the rooms is variable, so best to check first to avoid disappointment. We had everything we needed and it was comfortable...

We were in a group of 24 people from India, for a one night stay. Our AC (one room) was not working and since they were fully booked.. Georgina at the reception was very helpful with getting us a solution. Thank you dear ! 🙂 The breakfast spread was also great.. totally recommend..

I spent 7 nights in the Hotel Adua. My stay was excellent. The hotel is located near to shops, bars, art gallery restaurants & the thermal spa. The evening meal was plentiful, Italian style 4 courses. Breakfast was limited it suited me as I enjoy yogurts & fruit, also eggs & toast.
