Excellent atmosphere, place was absolutely amazing. Staff were helpful and spoke good English, front staff had excellent knowledge of the town and local attractions. The breakfast had a vast variety of options and tasteful, coffee selection top notch freshly made.

While the room appeared to be clean it was unappealing and dark. The bathroom was old.

WARNING: This is a terrible area; we've witnessed fights and arguments. You can't trust parking nearby. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The bedspread had holes in it.

Convenient but a bit tired.
Convenient for station early check in was helpful,staff efficient and pleasant. Room was rather tired. Several things broken and in need of attention in bathroom. Broken shower door, leaking shower head and cracked shower tray. Loose toilet seat. Suitcase stand also broken.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay.

Excellent location. Free parking nearby from night to morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean.

The perfect location. I left Perugia early in the morning and the location of the hotel was just perfect for me. The train station is 100 meters across the street. But this is not the only advantage. Nearby is a cheap fast food Chicken Flavor, working late. There is a pharmacy on the ground floor (it did not work in the evening). The man at the reception was all courtesy. The name of the hotel suits him. There is something conservative here. The room is simple. The design of the 80s. But it doesn't spoil it.
