I was staying here for 3 nights with my Overseas Adventure Travel group of 12. We were very pleased with the attention we had from the greetings by the owners, 2 brothers and their parents. Their restaurant was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the sights in Spoleto.

This is a lovely family-owned hotel. We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms which was very comfortable with a well-designed modern bathroom. Excellent location, just in the center of Spoleto and walking distance to all famous landmarks. Unfortunately the room we where staying was old and not well maintained.

The rooms are big, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was with large variety of options. The staff were amazing. Very helpful. They were friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and great location. We highly recommend.

We chose the Hotel San Luca for its location. We toured central Italy in a rental car and tried to avoid having to drive into the town centers. Good location in Spoleto with adequate parking. Room was quickly made up— items like soap missing and floor was not dusted. Few outlets and desk staff sometimes just not there but when present, they were helpful. It’s more of a business meeting place.

The hotel is at the edge of Spoleto. Since Spoleto is not big, even then you can be in the city easily by walk only in 10 minutes. The view is great and the place is quite quiet. The rooms are spacious, comfortable even for 2 people. It must be a great hotel some decades ago, now already a bit obsolete. This hotel served perfectly our 2 nights stay. Very polite and welcoming receptionist, the room was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was just right and the location was perfect just few minutes outside Spoleto centre. The retro feels of the hotel was very nice. Nothing to complain

Wonderful staff; lovely common area in the lobby; clean; well-maintained property. The downside is noise. One could hear others talking in the rooms next door and in the hall. It would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom. The rooms on the lower level were awkward with a step up from the sleeping area to the desk area.

Our stay there was lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was great. It was a nice location and easy for walking into town.

There were no staff available to assist. No one pays attention to customers. There is no help with luggage, and the front desk is always distracted, dealing with some internal bureaucracy.

A lovely hotel in a quiet, convenient location, Hotel Dei Duchi offers comfortable rooms, and a very nice restaurant. The breakfast servers were particularly nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location near the centre of town and within easy walking of all the major sites. Delicious breakfast buffet served on the veranda with a good selection. The lemon tart was especially tasty and baked that morning by one of the staff. Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Family trip in Spoleto and its surroundings. The Charleston Hotel is great to visit these places. From the hotel you can visit Spoleto by walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Charleston! Our room was a superior room that was very attractive and had a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was great! The location of the hotel was very convenient, about a 3 minute uphill walk to the main shopping street in Spoleto and in walking distance to all of the sights and restaurants. Beautiful and spacious room, we also made use of the garage, the location in the center was convenient, it allowed us to get around the city with the stroller, the treadmills were also nearby and the operators were very kind, it is the second time we have stayed here and not it will be the last.

Absolutely delightful one night stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are so comfortable. The airconditioning was the best I had in my two week stay in Italy (and 100% needed because of course I was there when it was unseasonably sweltering). A very nice place to stay in Spoleto. Very comfortable, and Anamaria was such a nice person to us. We were driving a car, so the distance to all the tourist spots and restaurants was not a problem for us.

Pleasant and quiet residence perfectly maintained, clean, furnished with care and with refined furnishings. This place is not for everybody. It is pure beauty, despite the fact that it needs some renewals, it is fascinating to be in the middle of history. Here, room42 has a magic place: lovers and famous couples have been here. I adored the place, it’s a pity they don’t serve the aperitivo with a view anymore. Please, do it again!

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. The sign puts a negative spin on an otherwise friendly atmosphere. The breakfast room is clean but utilitarian and not decorated with taste which is unfortunate because the breakfast offerings were quite good.

The hotel is very cozy and I felt entirely at home there. Was intending to stay 1 night but stayed 3. All very nice, wonderful decor, too bad it was closed! We phoned to book the swimming pool & lunch, they gave us availability but on our arrival they informed us that the kitchen was closed and that for lunch only frozen sandwiches and pizzas were available, among other things passed off as pizzas made at the moment !! What a disappointment!

All perfect! Wonderful location surrounded by greenery, delicious food based on both meat and fish. Such a beautiful place. Whilst we didn't eat there the restaurant was fully booked and we could tell it would be a lovely night. The grounds were well kept with plenty of parking and a stunning pool. A wonderful place.

For a 2-star hotel the room is very nice and clean, the bathroom is for the disabled. Hearty breakfast offers excellent artisan cakes. 15 minutes walk from the center but to be done all uphill.

Very kind owners, very clean and spacious rooms, continental breakfast only but with really good homemade cakes and brioches, very convenient location to get to the Posterna car park (750mt) where you can take the famous mechanized "treadmills" to get to the center, both indoor and outdoor parking for a fee, free and convenient. For a 2 * hotel it's ok. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is basic. I don't know how it is in other rooms, but in my bathroom the toilet bowl was uncomfortable. The hotel is well positioned, from the hotel to the center it takes 10 minutes and up to the fortress 20 minutes.

We very much enjoyed the welcome at hotel Boni Cerri and the warm conversation with the owner. The swimming pool was something we much appreciated after a hot day in Spoleto. The distance from the city center is comfortable by car. Some might find the decoration a little outdated but we found it quite charming. The breakfast was lovely!

Charming farm stay in the hills just outside of Spoleto. The hosts were warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They also gave us excellent recommendations for new places to check out in the area. We loved the dinner with fresh products from the farm! We hope to be back in the summer to take advantage of the activities available on the grounds.

Peace and quiet in a spectacular setting. Fantastic farmhouse you see the care the effort is the constant investment of time and money in every meter of the property.
