Absolutely delightful one night stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are so comfortable. The airconditioning was the best I had in my two week stay in Italy (and 100% needed because of course I was there when it was unseasonably sweltering). There was a wonderful couple in the room next to me whose names are even on the door plate. They told me they are there often and would never stay anywhere else. Breakfast was very good. Parking was on site. Location is very close to one of the parking structures that connects to the Spoleto moving walkways.

A very nice place to stay in Spoleto. Very comfortable, and Anamaria was such a nice person to us. We were driving a car, so the distance to all the tourist spots and restaurants was not a problem for us.

Pleasant and quiet residence perfectly maintained, clean, furnished with care and with refined furnishings. The owner is an elegant and helpful lady who welcomes her guests with courtesy and dedication. Elegant and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes that can also be enjoyed in the garden (equipped with a large gazebo) Highly recommended.

Structure just outside the center of Spoleto, in a quiet location. Friendly and courteous welcome from Mrs. Annamaria, comfortable room, varied and abundant breakfast. Outdoor space usable during the summer season. Convenient parking.

Like being at home with grandparents. Strategic position to visit Spoleto, elegant, quiet and well-kept structure surrounded by greenery. Room of the right size and absolutely friendly. A round of applause for the AMAZING breakfast and for the kindness of Mrs. Anna Maria who made us feel at home!

Very friendly and welcoming, helpful regarding places to visit, eat etc. Very pleasant atmosphere & surroundings. The walk into town was fine, about 20 mins to the centre, half of which through picturesque streets.

Anna Maria and the rest of the staff bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. I can't say enough how gracious they are. Well located to visit Spoleto and the surrounding region, with a great room in a quiet area. Highly recommended!
