Niccolo and his family were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, they catered for my dietary requirements no trouble. The room was lovely, food was delicious, and the area is beautiful.

Fantastic farmhouse you see the care the effort is the constant investment of time and money in every meter of the property.
The owners are fantastic in everything and really go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable.

We ended up there by chance and really but definitely will be back.

My partner and I spent a day at the farm, without taking advantage of the overnight stay, to take a break from the city. The structure is new and well cared for, the high position guarantees a pleasant wind even on hot days and allows you to admire the hilly landscape and the distant Sibillini. We asked the staff if it was possible to turn off the piped music near our umbrella and they accommodated us, which allowed us to enjoy the silence and the relaxed atmosphere. All the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Equipped bar and the possibility to have lunch with cold dishes, sandwiches, focaccia or salads. In addition to the large swimming pool with wooden platform, we also tried the outdoor jacuzzi among the olive trees for a little extra, it was worth it. New and clean wooden bathrooms, showers and changing rooms. We did not use the beach volleyball courts or padel courts, there is also an educational farm and a small shop of organic products that was closed, but surely by asking the staff they would have allowed us to buy their products. We had a really good time, we will definitely be back.
