This is the very best hotel I've ever stayed in Italy. The reception staff, Giulia and Sara, exceeded all expectations, as did the breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff (and any others we didn't see). We were difficult customers, but even before we arrived, it was clear they were doing everything they could to help us. We, the two companions of a disabled gentleman, faced all sorts of challenges on a trip with him, but were helped exceptionally well; without the ladies' help, we wouldn't have been able to manage it all. The hotel is fresh and modern, the air conditioning in the room was excellent, and the bathroom was very nice. There are lovely balconies and parking at the hotel for a small fee. I've never seen such an extensive, good, and fresh breakfast in Italy—our compliments! The beautiful beach is a two-minute walk away, and sunbeds, umbrellas, and a changing room are provided. This hotel is an absolute must for everyone, and the value for money is fantastic!

We stumbled upon this hotel quite by chance – and it was a lucky find! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Breakfast was perfect for us: fresh, local bread, plenty of fruit, a constant stream of new and delicious treats, and a wide selection of sweets. We especially appreciated the variety and diversity.
The rooms impressed us greatly: pleasantly spacious, modernly furnished, everything new, and spotlessly clean every day. The bathroom was also new and very well-maintained. A real highlight for us was the rooftop terrace, which, along with the excellent service, made a lasting impression.
We felt completely at ease and can absolutely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The location is truly ideal: just a couple of minutes' walk across the street and you're at the beach, which is quiet and well-organized, with well-spaced umbrellas and nearby bars. The seafront promenade also offers plenty of restaurants and bakeries perfect for a quick lunch.
Our room was very spacious, modern, and meticulously maintained: the hotel has been completely renovated, and it shows. Breakfast was one of our favorite things: plentiful, varied, and made with fresh, high-quality products, both sweet and savory, to suit all tastes.
The staff deserves special praise: the receptionists are always smiling, kind, and professional, and the bartender in the evenings is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop solarium is also lovely, perfect for relaxing at sunset.
We also enjoyed using the bicycle service, included in the room: in just five minutes, you can reach the historic center of Caorle, truly charming and a must-see.

The hotel was very nice, clean with very good location. Breakfast was good with nice sweet cakes. Room was clean and big enough. See was 2-3 minutes walking distance. The staff was really helpful and kind. We were really satisfied.

Nice hotel with everything you need.
Is managed by the family in the youngest generation but the senior chef Mauritzio is always present and gives assistance to the employees and guests
