Good end of season offer, all staff gave excellent, friendly service. Everything about the hotel, park and beach was very peaceful and relaxing. Views from riverside rooms with sideview and rooftop pool were wonderful.

Stayed here for a wedding in September - we had a great time. The staff and owners were super friendly and helpful. We rented bikes to discover the environs which was lovely. They were super child friendly and our daughter had a great time. Sadly Spa was super expensive - but we made good use of the pools.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel with family. I really liked the care, cleanliness and location. Fantastic food, professional and kind service. The old town is within easy walking distance, and the shuttle service to the beach runs every half hour. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back! We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights during May 2024 and had a wonderful time. The room (2 large double beds) was perfect for myself, husband and our son and included a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel really has everything covered - free bikes to rent (no children’s sizes, but bike seats for smaller kids), a shuttle bus which runs every 30 mins in case you don’t fancy the short stroll to town...

Very nice hotel, new and well located with Friendly and welcoming staff. We checkout at their last day, so I was afraid to get a poor service but it didn't happen. An Italian dream right on the Adriatic! The rooms are small but modern. The beach is right there. It is one of the best hotels in Caorle which I think the staff knows and therefore they stopped trying.

Nice clean rooms. Ocean front view was fabulous! Location is great! Breakfast was OK! Check in at 1500 and check out at 1000. Parking is far and parking pass must be turned in before checking out. If you want to enjoy the beach longer after check out, they will not let you have an umbrella w/ chairs. I probably won't stay there again.

The main reason is the Molena family, who run the hotel with a lot of heart and passion. We spent only one night, but were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a bigger room and got a place on the beach (2 sun loungers and a beach umbrella) in the first row. We arrived late, around 20:00 p.m., the welcome was warm and open from the staff. We quickly agreed on the parking of the car: we got a temporary spot to park the car (in the entrance of the hotel) while we picked up our packages to our room. Hotel have great location and really nice stuff, but it is not worth of 4 stars. Rooms are extremely small, we had largest coral family room and this was small for two persons not four. The room needs a "refresh" as the furniture was already there 40 years ago. Other than that it is clean. Large bathroom but the shower has no shower surface and the closure is "artistic". The bidet is missing, replaced by a hand shower in the toilet. Large and clean swimming pool, breakfast not unforgettable, pre-packaged butter and jams, drinks not of great quality. Fabulous place. A family owned hotel with extraordinary service and charm. Rooms are OK, very clean. Bar with basic drinks and very good coffee.
