Laguna Park Hotel in Bibione

We’ve stayed at Laguna many times since 2019, but sadly, the quality has declined significantly this year. Breakfast was very limited, with mostly low-quality sweet items, stale pastries, no variety in cold cuts or cheeses, and inconsistent cappuccinos (sometimes the one with fresh milk, sometimes powder milk taste). Hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon were poorly prepared.
Service in the restaurant was slow and unorganized, and the friendly presence of past staff was missed.

Unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio no longer makes sense for us, and we’re unsure if we’ll return unless major improvements are made.
PS: The kids’ area was also disappointing, no changes since 2019— no outdoor play space and a bare indoor room with just a few plastic toys and old mattresses.

In essence, very nice hotel and very clean. Rather for families than for young couples. What I liked the most was the own beach of the hotel, where you have reserved an umbrella for you. However, people do not stick to their reserved places so it gets a bit messy. Positive to mention is also that you get a bycicle for free and the pool is nice too. Hower, there are some points to be improved, at least from my point of view. I got the feeling that the nicest person there is the woman cleaning the rooms on the 6th floor. Always very friendly, grazzie! The other stuff is very unfriendly. If you ask e.g. to get an espresso they look at you like you asked for a fortune.. the same is also the case if after 15min of waiting you dare to stand up and ask politly if someone could serve you finally some coffee. You get immediately an answer in an arogant and upset way "sit down I come, you don't stand up!". It is also very chaotic during breakfast to get a table. Some of the tables have the room numbers on it, however, you get sitted randomly, so later on people come and complain why are you sitting on their table. So, defintely a kind of a leader is missing, but maybe my expecation is set to high for a 4 star hotel?
