Stellamare Beach Hotel in Caorle

One of the worst rooms ever had, so dirty and aged! No maintenance at all!!! Dust everywhere, holes in bed sheets, mold in bathroom!
See pictures! I only took a few, but every corner had something wrong, they told us they were full so we didn’t ask for a room change and there were not other hotels available, otherwise we were gone.
The owner was not even welcoming at all.
We paid nearly 200€ for a night in wintertime and was not on Christmas or holiday time, the complaints is for the room, not for the price, who cares about the view if the room is like that

After spending 2 years of vacations in the most expensive rooftop / private jakuzzi / penthouse room (King Suite) of this hotel we booked it again in 2024 November for 2025 summer. Only 2 days before our arrival we accidentally checked our booking confirmation again and discovered that instead of the usual big penthouse King Suite THEY DOWNGRADED IT to a 18sqm Deluxe room FOR THE SAME PRICE. We immediately contacted the hotel, could not reach them (classic) but after 24 hours they confirmed that King Suite doesn't exist anymore, they cut it up and we will get a small, one-piece room instead, without jakuzzi. We had no choice but to cancel, and they still pulled a one-night cost for the last minute cancellation. It's unfair and unacceptable that they did not inform us on time and acted non-supportive, ignorant after we spent there so much time and money - and didn't even offer a discount.

If someone still chooses this hotel, expect a slow elevator, crappy wifi, boring breakfast and a parking place 1.5km walk away from the hotel.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
