Hotel Sofia in Lido di Jesolo

The location is perfect - walkable distance to Piazza Aurora and to the beach. We had a nice view from the six floor. The room could have been bigger but overall was ok. The staff is kind and the room was very clean thanks to lovely Ilda. She is very kind and made our stay enjoyable.

A Truly Familiar and Heartfelt Experience – Highly Recommended! We’ve returned to this hotel several times, and every stay feels like coming home. It’s not just the beautiful swimming pool or the great location that keeps us coming back — it’s the incredibly warm and familiar atmosphere created by the entire team. During our recent visit, we experienced an unexpected accident on the stairs. One of the hotel staff, Illa, reacted immediately with true care and professionalism. She helped us back on our feet and quickly brought ice to relieve the pain. Thanks to her swift and kind support, we were able to stay calm and get the situation under control. Even more impressive, the hotel management arranged a wheelchair for us so we could still enjoy the rest of our holiday. This thoughtful gesture shows how much they care about their guests — not just as customers, but as people. This hotel truly reflects the best of Italian hospitality — warm, helpful, and always ready to solve any issue quickly and with a smile. Every small problem we’ve had in the past was resolved immediately and with great care. We love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a personal and genuinely caring holiday experience. Grazie mille!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sofia in Lido di Jesolo. Everything exceeded my expectations – from the friendly and helpful staff to the clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and is very well maintained. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The dinner was rich and tasty, excellent deserts, many type of salads and the service was always with a smile. The hotel nominally has 3 stars, but with the offer it has, it deserves 4 stars. I truly enjoyed my time at Hotel Sofia and would gladly come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lido di Jesolo!

We stayed a week in this hotel for the first time with a one and a half year old girl and what can I say, we had a really good time, all the staff starting from Alessandro and his staff always available for every need and a lot of patience even for the youngest guests, excellent catering service, very plentiful and of quality! Beach and center 50m from the hotel in a strategic position. We thank all the staff.

We found ourselves very well so much that we stayed a day longer and we had the opportunity to stay in 2 rooms of different types. I recommend to travelers the rooms with sea or pool view as the others face the main avenue, early in the morning there is a bit of hustle and bustle when they come to empty the glass. The menu offered by the hotel is varied and always very good. Compliments to the kitchen, but also to the waiters, especially Vladimir, very attentive, kind and professional. Many thanks also to Alessandro and his mother who are at your complete disposal. Finally, a well-organized children's area with nanny service both on the beach and at dinner. Very nice swimming pool, heated and clean always in the sun.

I immediately want to deny the false and / or negative reviews relating to the hotel. Let's start with the location very close to the sea, in a very quiet area with little traffic, large and comfortable parking next to the structure, very large swimming pool with many sunbeds available. The rooms are equipped with smart TV with Sky, air conditioning, a large terrace (which in my case being on the fifth floor, you can see the sea), comfortable beds and a safe. The very kind staff, ready to accommodate every need, the very polite and professional room service. Abundant breakfast for all tastes, lunch and dinner always with different and truly delicious dishes, a wide choice of land and sea appetizers, meat and fish, and always a menu dedicated to the little ones. I can confirm that from the "chatter under an umbrella" all the people I know approve of the cuisine, nothing short of fantastic, in spite of the negative reviews. I can say that after so many years spent in Jesolo, this is my hotel!

We stayed a week in June 2023, I must say that we had a very good time and the cuisine was always good, even our son was happy and enjoyed himself in the games room. The swimming pool and the sea are just a stone's throw away. Thanks to the very kind and always polite owners like the staff. We will be back.

Very nice hotel with a good location. Hotel is well equipped with nice, big swimming pool. You can rent a bicycles. The rooms are clean.
