We were lucky getting the room at first floor because the balcony is bigger than the room. The room is not very big however, was sufficient for two adults and two 6-14y children. The TV was rather small however the air conditioner was very helpful to cool down the room before getting into beds.
Is very close to the beach, 5 minute walking, there a market at 1 minute walking, and has one exit at the main Jesolo street from where you can start long interesting walking every evening.
The food is very good, covering Italian cuisine, lunch and dinner are finished with deserts.
The personnel are very friendly, smiling and helpful, including for some special requests due to smaller children.
They have included sunbeds on the beach, not very close to the water but they did the job perfectly.
The beach is realy nice, with thousands of sunbeds but still 15m of empty beach for kids to play near the water. The see entrance is very smooth and you can easily leave the kids unattended. The water is very warm but not very clean.
I recommend the location and the hotel.

We were very satisfied with this hotel unless the situation that when we checked out on the last day, we had to pay for towels which as we were said may have been stolen by members of our group.
We sincerely ask the owner to check your servants at the hotel.
Everything was really perfect, except for the last day.
I am recommending this hotel for everyone who prefer quite family rest.
