Murano Palace in Murano

We stayed 2 nights at this gorgeous property. Beautiful sumptuous room overlooking the canal. Impeccably clean, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and we would stay again when in Venice.

We can’t understand why more people haven’t chosen this option. Great accommodation at a reasonable (for Venice) price with friendly service and a bedroom view of the canal. Yes, it’s not in the main part of Venice but there are frequent water uses throughout the day and evening (only 10 minutes across to the main island) and you have quiet evenings. Also closer to the beautiful Burano. Add to this a good , fresh breakfast selection (and they even did a generous packed breakfast for our final morning when we needed an early start) and our only question is why more people aren’t choosing this great choice.

A hidden gem. A wonderful, small (8 rooms?) hotel, with more of a B&B feel. Beautiful rooms, great canal views, good breakfast and coffee options. And a very friendly and helpful staff. They are willing to accommodate your requests and make special effort to ensure your stay is easy and pleasant. Great communication via text and easy to find. The stay initanonos worth it to get out of the busyness of Venice proper. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was clean and cozy and the location was perfect. The staff was polite and they made sure to try to help us with everything we needed and more, for example packed breakfast for out early leave. We highly recommend this place for your visit in Murano.

A lovely, quiet hotel, well situated in Murano for quick access to Venice with trattoria locals hang out at close enough to be convenient but not so close as to keep you up at night. The staff are welcoming and laid back, and the rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. Perfect city break away from the crowds of Venice but still within easy reach.

I booked to stay at the Murano Palace as my wife has always wanted to visit Murano and Venice, so to celebrate her birthday I looked to book somewhere that would allow us to visit both. After booking and approaching our visit there was regular communication from Murano Palace confirming our arrival time, initially I indicated 1500 but as we arrived early we liked to drop our bags off so we could explore. Entering the hotel we were greeted by Vittorio, there was no issue in arriving early and our room was ready so we were able to check in. Our room was located on the first floor and very well decorated and overlooked the canal. The room was immaculately clean and had a safety deposit box and mini fridge, this held complimentary water, juice and some snacks. The en-suite contained bath, shower sink etc, again spotlessly clean. Vittorio showed us the dining area where breakfast would be served and also how to operate the coffee machine that was available for us to use outside of the breakfast hours. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the water taxi stop and has plenty of cars and restaurants around, it is also a great place to explore the many Murano Glass manufacturers and shops. From Murano it is a 30 minute water taxi to Venice which was a fascinating place to visit. I would recommend the Murano Palace for couples looking at spending a few days visiting the area, all the staff were helpful and very polite especially when asking for recommendations to eat and visit.

The hotel's position is right on the main Murano canal. So in the middle of everything, but due to the islands lack of 'nightlife' it was peaceful in the evenings. We had a first floor room with views of the canal which were stunning!!! If I had to find criticism, then there is no mini kettle in the rooms, but facilities are available in the breakfast room (but you need to get up to get one,!)

Ideal retreat on beautiful Murano (a destination in itself) to return to after an intense visit to a hectic and crowded Venice. Location is perfect next to one of the three idyllic bridges crossing the channel. Rooms are large and everything you need is there. Staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. Basically this is almost as good as it gets.

Great service from the owner, Cesare. Would definitely stay there again. Murano is a nice place to stay that is quiet at night and not crowded like Venice.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we just walked through when visiting Murano. Looked like a nice hotel.
