The Hyatt Centric Murano Venice was, without a doubt, the best hotel we stayed at during our entire tour of Italy. It was a truly exceptional experience.
Of the five hotels we stayed in, the breakfast here was hands-down the best—a fantastic spread with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay.
One of the things that made this hotel stand out was a small but significant detail: they were the only hotel that allowed us to borrow an iron, which was a huge convenience.
Overall, this is an awesome place to stay. We highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Murano Venice for anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and top-notch service.

This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and enough to get us started for the day ahead. Staff were also very friendly! We will definitely be back here for our next Venice trip!

I was disappointed by this hotel, especially compared to other Hyatts and all the other hotels we stayed at over 2+ weeks in Italy. The main concern is the temperature of the room - the air conditioning either doesn’t work, or isn’t sufficient, and I now see many other guests complain about this in reviews, and wish I saw that before we booked. The rooms were significantly hotter than the outdoors, and the bugs/ noise kept us from being able to keep windows open to try to cool the room a little more. The shower was also not the best - the temperature in our room would vary throughout the whole shower, going from freezing to scalding and back again. The rooms were large and comfortable otherwise. The boat shuttle to the airport is €22 per person each way, and that worked well.

Great location at beautiful Murano. Hotels looks new and “luxurious”, away from the noise and crowds of Venice, 15 minutes boat ride to/from Venice, station is in front of hotel. Service is above average for European standards but not 5. Breakfast buffet is very good, plenty of choices included many gluten and lactose free options.
The only and big reason for me not to give them 5 starts is the air condition in the rooms: even thought there is a thermostat in the room, it’s controlled by the central system and the lowest is 22 Celsius (71.5 F), being summer, I needed to open the window then mosquitoes come in and now I have like 15 bites

Our family stayed at this hotel for one night in Venice. Since there were four of us, we stayed in a duplex suite with breakfast included. I highly recommend experiencing the breakfast. The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was also excellent. Although the location wasn't on the main island, it was great that the water taxi stop was right in front of the hotel.You can't expect much of a view, but the windows in the duplex suite ensure good natural lighting.

Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano. The staff were all lovely and the service was extremely good. The great experience started with the transfer from the airport on the hotels boat, with the driver providing some excellent advise on the trip over to the island. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We found the location perfect. A short boat ride to Venice but the vaporetto is regular and the journey is scenic (and for us at least uncrowded because we were travelling the opposite way to most- accept when we travelled from Murano to Burano, in hindsight we should have taken the hotel boat!). We were so glad to be staying away from the crowds in Venice and Murano is a beautiful Island with some lovely restaurants, cafes etc.

It takes at least half an hour to get to the hotel from the main island. If you go to places further away, the return trip will take even longer.
There aren't many restaurants near the hotel, but there's a supermarket where it's convenient to buy water and other necessities.
The room was bad; the window offered no view, making it very oppressive. The hotel's exterior walls completely blocked the window, and there was also clutter outside.
I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there wasn't any air conditioning at all; they provided a fan. It wasn't hot at night, but during the day, while unpacking, I was drenched in sweat.
The breakfast was very limited and not very good. It was nowhere near as good as the NH Collection I stayed at a few days ago.

Excellent experience! The hotel is super convenient, right by the pier where you can catch water buses and water taxis. Murano is much quieter and nicer than the main island – new, peaceful, and safe.
