Although not exactly ski-in-ski-out but location is good enough. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are well-maintained.

Hotel located at hilltop adjacent to Zao ropeway station. It’s onsen is really good despite quite acidic. Don’t soak too long or it’ll be exceptionally itchy to your skin. Package dinner is ok.

We arrived late (20:15) due to temporary closure of Sendai Airport (tsunami warning), and obviously we were late for the hotel dinner after having to travel all the way up from Narita instead.

We were tired and hungry when we arrived, but the hotel disappointed us even more for not reserving our paid dinners for us, nor was there a reimbursement. Did they just throw the food away after all the preparation work? The (presumably) manager's attitude was one of inflexibility and apathy, so atypical of Japanese etiquette. The restaurants nearby were all closed already and we had to starve for the first night there. Very unpleasant and inconsiderate arrangement.

I really recommend this hotel 10 points! The private room is 10 points cheap, the view from the room is beautiful, the hygiene is 10 points good, and the service is also very good

The hotel rooms are spacious and the environment is comfortable. The large public bath has a nice environment and is divided into indoor and open-air baths. Breakfast and dinner are also delicious, the food quality is high, I will come again next time!

The hotel is generally good. It is right next to the ski resort, very convenient. The hotel service is good. The environment and scenery are beautiful. The outdoor hot spring is very large and great. The breakfast is OK.

The hotel is very large, with very good facilities. You can rent ski equipment, buy ski tickets, have a good dinner, and the service staff is warm and thoughtful. It is a very good stay experience
