The room is okay with good view but the lobby smells a bit like cigarettes

The hotel's staff ( the man & old lady ) not speek English. But they were very nice & kind.

Nice view and very near to skiing area
Cons:
No lift to bring your luggage up if your room is located in 3rd flr.

this is one of the good place i ever stay, the breakfast buffet was good, a lot of variety to eat. the room is clean anda quiet place to relax. the skii was also near it very affordable even playing for snow only. good for family stay, highly recommended.

You can take a taxi (5-6 minutes, 630-850 yen) to the entrance of Kaminodai before 18:00. You can leisurely watch the snow slopes and have breakfast every morning. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the No. 4 cable car and 15 minutes to hike up and down the mountain. -20 minutes. The bosses are kind. Only the shared bathroom is too small for only four people.

The only down side about G-Square is the walk up from the bus station. All up hill & very steep. There is a middle street just off to the right of the bus station exit that is heated which is better than the steep street. Also a couple of public onsen's off it as well.
The accommodation was fine but no lift made the walk up to Level 3 an act of attrition, especially after the walk up the hill. Breakfast was more than adequate but the best part in all was the location right on the ski run & next to the Zao Gondola.
Great snow & lots of terrain on offer all the way across the mountain, but after pushing & grunting to get over there we didn' go back
Too many non skiing tourists going up the cable cars to see the snow monsters!!!!!

Breakfast is included for 3800 yen per night. It is located right in front of the slopes. If you go on foot, you will continue to climb the slope from the Zao Onsen Bus Terminal toward the lift platform.
This is a new inn, and the inside of the hotel is clean. I don't have any clothes in the hall, but I didn't feel any inconvenience because the amenities were all in the bathroom.
There is a bathing ticket for the public bath next to the check-in machine, and you can use as many as you like. Breakfast is a Western / Japanese buffet style. There were sockeye salmon, mentaiko, and natto.
Arrived at night, but woke up in the morning and was impressed by the view from the window. It is a very conscientious and recommended inn ◎

A great inn. You can use not only the kitchen but also plates and chopsticks freely.
There is no toilet in the room, but the TV is big and the facilities are clean. The walls are a little thin
