Reviews
The room facilities are quite old. Compared to the Mystays across the street, it's tens of dollars cheaper, but it feels like a significant downgrade.
Most importantly, the supermarket downstairs is very mediocre. There's not much selection, and the prices are a bit on the high side.
I chose to stay here due to the cost, shuttle buses, and restaurants on site. I stayed from 5th January to 19th January 2026.
The pickup from the airport was easy. I arrived early and had to wait to check-in at 1500 hours (3:00 p.m.). They accepted my luggage and I got the free bus to Narita Square. Walked around getting the lay out of the area. Free shuttle back to Hotel.
Arrived and allowed to check in. They clean the room every other day and provide fresh towels every other day.
The wi-fi was strong in all areas. Multi routers & log-in for the areas. The signature restaurant was closed. They have another with limited meals.
The breakfast buffet was Japanese with very limited western items. Sausage (hotdogs flavor) French fries (large steak fry cut) poorly seasoned, toast & rolls, coffee & juice. About the 6th or 7th day boiled eggs were available.
I tried many of the Japanese dishes and some were favorable and others not. I ate raw tuna daily and it still needs salt, pepper, flour & hot grease.
The laundry facilities were clean and worked well.
I did note a few areas of concern the smoked area over the lights and HVAC grates/grills needed cleaning.
They have a convenience store on premises.
I used the airport shuttle to airport to take train to Tokyo.
They have a free shuttle bus that pick up and drop off people from the bus station to hotel, and hotel to airport.
The room here at this hotel is finally up to some standard. Beds are bigger than a lot of other hotels in the city. The hotel is modern and resembles of lot of western chain hotels like holiday Inn.
The only downside is that the hotel is far from the train station.
It's a typical airport hotel, so there are no attractions or shopping nearby. The hotel does have a restaurant and a small convenience store. We arrived at the hotel a little after 8 PM, and as soon as we entered, we saw a stall selling simple meals. After a long journey to the hotel, it was quite comforting to be able to eat a hot bowl of noodles. It's perfect for a layover.
The rooms are quite spacious for Japan, and the cleanliness is good. However, the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities haven't been well-maintained. Both the air conditioning switches in the room and the bathroom decor feel very dated. The hotel offers services in English and Chinese, making check-in very easy. Check-out is self-service at a machine, which is quick.
On the ground floor, the hotel has a beautiful small Japanese garden with several lovely koi fish swimming in the pond. Taking a stroll in the garden can help shake off the fatigue of traveling.
First off, the price is fantastic, which is the most important thing. Even on weekends, the rates aren't inflated much. Often, the Saturday-Sunday price isn't significantly higher, which is great – much better than those city hotels that double their prices on weekends.
Secondly, the hotel service is superb. The front desk staff are always welcoming, and there's always someone who speaks Chinese whenever I visit. This time, it was a kind Mr. Chen, who was incredibly helpful.
Thirdly, the hotel's amenities and services are simply perfect. I've traveled to Japan over a hundred times, and this is the only hotel I know that offers free luggage storage for up to 7 days. It's a lifesaver for shoppers! You can store your large bags, explore attractions for a couple of days, then come back to pick up your luggage before heading to the airport. Plus, the hotel shuttle service runs frequently, and the fact that it goes to AEON Mall is incredibly useful.
