Taichou no Mori in Fukui

Used for a day trip.
In these times of high prices, it's very rare to be able to use the baths at the price of a public bath, but perhaps because they prioritize hotel guests, there were very few lockers in the changing rooms with locks, so I felt it would be impossible to use them on weekends and holidays, when they're already crowded.
The people at the front desk were unfriendly, and the carpet on the floor was thin, so it was hard and cold and I felt really uneasy.
The shower in the washing area had empty chairs here and there, so not everyone was using it at the same time, but the water pressure was so weak that it hardly came out, and my partner complained that the shower stopped every two seconds.
Even though it was in the middle of a quiet, deserted mountain, the open-air bath had high walls so you couldn't see the view at all, which was a shame.
Even after it was crowded, they didn't come to clean the changing room floor, and there were a lot of people with bad manners around the sink, many of whom didn't even clean their own hair after drying it, which left me feeling uncomfortable.
My only impression is that it was cheap, so I don't think I'll be returning.

This was my first visit, and someone took the amenity case (bag) that I had in my changing basket without my permission (although I found the bag when I left).
I told the front desk about the missing bag (they said someone had previously left wearing another guest's clothes).
Despite this incident, no measures were taken.
Once again, I felt that their lost property management was sloppy.
If I had to mention one thing,
there are an overwhelmingly insufficient number of lockers with locks (same goes for shoe lockers) compared to the number of guests, so they should increase the number (change it to a system where you leave the shoe locker key at the front desk and receive the locker key).
They should avoid having changing baskets like other hot springs and just put everything in the lockers.
If they could improve this,
this kind of thing wouldn't happen.
Well,
I won't be going again until they improve it.
