I'm not really sure why this place doesn't get a high average. This hotel is great! First of all, it's right beside the station and there is a proper mall beside it with good food options. Convenience ticked. The rooms were massive by Japanese standards and had 2 good pillows. The yukatas were so nice, we bought them. Staff were friendly and English was not an issue. A cash exchange machine at the lobby was also a great idea. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying in such a spacious room in Japan, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The hotel provided fresh water, coffee, and tea daily, and the service was very attentive. The pajamas in the room were yukata-style, which was a nice local touch. The location is right next to JR Kanazawa Station, just a few minutes' walk away, with large department stores and shopping streets nearby. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, transportation, and a wide variety of dining options.

Front desk was extremely helpful and hotel is well located beside the mall and bus station. Only issue was that the room cleaning staff refused to help throw away rubbish that was outside the trash bin but was clearly rubbish. Hotel is a little dated but price and convenience wins.

Hotel is so great I will definitely come back to Kanazawa one day and stay here. The room is spacious enough for 3 of us. They provided every amenities we needed including ironing equipment. We can dry our clothes in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly even though my Japanese skills are so bad. We were a bit unlucky due to the weather, there was hailing when we were there but other that it's all good. Most importantly, the hotel is right next to the Kanazawa station and ease us on our movement around. Thank you for the great service I will definitely come back.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, with a nearby mall and easy access to tourist attractions. The rooms are centrally heated, so it can get a bit warm at times. While the receptionist kindly suggested opening the window, outside noise can be noticeable at night. Aside from this small concern, everything else about our stay was perfect.

Stayed from 21/12–25/12/2025 as a family of three. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. Excellent location next to Kanazawa Station, with shopping centres and eateries nearby. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and subway access close by made getting around very easy. Nohi Bus Station next to Kanazawa Station was very convenient for our trip to Shirakawago. We really enjoyed our stay.

Super close to Kanazawa Station with convenient transport links. It's a rather old-fashioned, traditional hotel, which actually reminded me of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, haha. The cleanliness was decent, and overall I was quite satisfied. Plus, the room offered capsule coffee (though the taste was quite… something) and Shizuoka green tea.

The location is super convenient, right next to Kanazawa Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are a bit small, but the price is excellent, offering great value for money. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful.

I'm so happy and satisfied with this hotel. So grand. Big lobby, right next to main train station and big malls. 15 min walk to Omicho market. Room and toilet are huge. Only issue is the central heater, which made the room so warm that we had to open the windows.
