4 star hotels in Fukui

I booked this hotel for the Fukui Marathon. Its location couldn't be more perfect, right downstairs from the start and finish lines, making it ideal for pre-race rest and post-race recovery. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but it has everything you need. It was a pleasant travel experience overall.

Lobby is grand and great area, check in service is fast, smooth and patient for serving. Lobby contain a 24-hr shop for us buying snack. Room is clean, big and window can sightseeing city view, great. Bed is comfortable, hotel provide types of pillow for selection , comfortable for sleeping well.

I really enjoyed the night at Hotel fujita Fukui. The staff are so nice and the room was nice as a single room. They would not allow early check-in, but you can leave your luggage there. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Fukui station by walk.

The room was small, but clean and well renovated. It is a bit far from the train station. After checking-in, don't forget to grab some amenity kits from the front desk area.

I enjoyed my stay with this hotel. Overall, hotel was clean and comfortable. Its conveniently located near the train station and nearby has shopping and restaurants. You can literally live in the area without moving around. I would stay with this hotel again the next time I visit Fukui.

The room was old and run-down, and there were too many small animals. The "hot spring water" in the room seemed to be just boiled regular water; it didn't taste like hot spring water at all. The breakfast was unpalatable and extremely salty. I won't go back. 👎

You absolutely must book a shuttle bus to the hotel in advance (Ctrip doesn't offer customer service); you have to call and book it yourself. There are public hot springs with separate baths for men and women. There are also open-air baths that can be used privately and can be used for free for 50 minutes, which is very good. Although the location is a bit remote, the bathroom and toilet in the room have no heating and are very cold. However, breakfast and dinner are extremely rich. And the hot spring view on the rooftop on the 13th floor is worth the price of admission.

The room, bath, and food were all very nice, but after taking a bath I put the towel in the used basket, so when I asked the front desk if I could get a towel back they said there would be a charge for it. Free shuttle bus from Kagaonsen Station. I live in Suite- Japanese- Style room, what a really big room space almost no problem for 10 people although it’s aged. For the other service, large bathing spot is good and Karaoke have English Chinese song to play. The buffet is fancy, while 2,200 yen for all alcohol you can drink.
