The room was small and squeezed but okay. I did not like the fact that they did not have a comfortable reading desk.

I always use this hotel because it's close to the station, clean, and the breakfast is delicious. However, some of the front desk staff can be inefficient, and a few have a cold demeanor or tone. It's a shame for such a good hotel.

The hotel is very good. especially the breakfast is very delicious from 6:40am to 9:30am, a bit short but many varieties. Also good location very close to the train station.

The room was clean and comfortable. All amenities were provided in the bathroom. Water bottles were provided free of charge in the room. Very conveniently located to the station, but not noisy.

The location offers excellent transport links, but the room was absolutely tiny.

The hotel room was cramped. The heating didn't work; the room stayed cold even with the AC on. After just one night, I woke up with three bites on my body. I went to the hospital, and they were diagnosed as bed bug bites. An absolutely dreadful experience.

Every staff member, from the reception desk to the housekeeping staff I encountered in the hallways and the restaurant team, provided excellent service. The grand public bath was amazing; I enjoyed a soak both at 5 AM and again after breakfast. The hotel's convenient location meant there were plenty of convenience stores, fast food options, and restaurants right downstairs. I'd love to visit again with my family next time.
