2 star hotels in Niigata

The price is not cheap. From the perspective of the hotel's internal infrastructure, room cleaning and hygiene, the cost performance is average. I slept by the window and could even feel the draft from the window. The horns of vehicles sounded like they were right next to my ears.

The location is convenient, close to the station, within a 5-6 minute walk. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and I didn't mind the oldness. Amenities were generously provided, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast is charged, but it was good value for money and more than enough. Although it's not something I would give a negative rating for, the alarm clock in the room was not working

It's a short walk from the south exit of the station. There is a convenience store very close by. There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast.

The large public bath and sauna were great. The massage machine was excellent and free to use. Unfortunately the bathroom drainage was poor and the water flowed back onto the toilet floor.

It was very convenient to go to the station building as it was close to the station. The hotel and facilities are old, but everything is provided so I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced.

The location is very good. It is close to Niigata JR Station and the airport bus is also convenient. The surrounding is very quiet. It is not in the downtown area. There are bookstores, shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The room was a good size. The heater was too strong and a bit hot (lowest setting) Check-in time is close to check-out time. Great

Oldish, but still food hotel very close to Niigata station. You can leave your luggage at reception before checking in. At 1st floor next to the reception there is microwave and drinks machine. For guests the welcome drinks are available for free (hot/cold coffee, hot/cold hōjicha - roasted green tea or water). Many amenities available. You are asked to leave room key at reception when going out.

Near to the station. Amenities are free. Good and nice electric pot. Comfortable bed enough for a good night sleep. Hallelujah amen. English sign was not so big but no problem to find it.

For a general business hotel, the rooms are spacious and not too crowded. There are paid parking lots, pubs, restaurants, etc. nearby, which is very convenient. The wash basin was a little clogged but not a big deal.

I often stay at Livemax when I travel to other regions. It's very close, about a 3-minute walk from Niigata Station after taking the direct limousine bus from the airport. The return bus stop for the airport, number 18, is also nearby, so it's easy to move around even with a suitcase. The front desk staff are very polite in their explanations.
