The large public bath is spacious, and there is an open-air bath, which is nice. There are plenty of washing areas, and skin care products such as cleansing creams are also available. I wish I could stay in the bath until the morning.

There was dust under the mirror and windows in the room, and the toilet seat cover was dirty, so to be honest the hotel's cleanliness was poor.

The service is really impressive. I am very touched by their hospitality. The location is also great, just next to JR station. Shopping is easy. A 10 to 15 mins walk will bring you to don quijote. Bus terminal is also near. If need to go pia bandai, but with elderly, can consider taxi there. Only about 1000 to 1400 yen.

Very good location! Room is tidy and clean! But the room is a bit hot because there’s no air conditioning! The switches are for heating! The hotel provides free storage of luggages! So good we left our luggages and take a trip to Yahiko village!

It was very convenient being right in front of the station, but the entrance was complicated, and since I had been drinking when I came back, I was a little worried about whether I would be able to find my way to my room.

I booked through another travel app, and it was close to the station and reasonably priced. I couldn't get a non-smoking room, so I got a smoking room, but I had requested smoke removal, so there was hardly any smell of cigarettes, which was a relief. Breakfast was free and the selection was substantial.

The view from the room was an obvious highlight. It’s also got great service, and is very clean, as you would expect from any hotel in Japan. It is a little bit of a walk from the city centre, but there’s regular busses between Niigata station and Toki Messe, so it’s still more convenient than you might expect from looking at the map. This hotel is great ! Even face mask is available here. But too bad on mineral water need to register as member just for the sake of 2 bottles. Not serving for free flow water like other hotel.

An old school hotel but overall a great hotel!

I will be staying here in my upcoming holiday. I visited there 15 years ago it's right in the centre of furumachi niigata city. It has hot spring style baths which are great for sore bones and elderly travellers. It's a radium bath.

Pretty standard Japanese business hotel. Cozy clean rooms, nice staff, in a central part of town. A lot of check-in/check-out stuff is done through a kiosk so you can get by without much Japanese language. Enjoy!

Check in and out is fast. Being part of JR Train Group gave it immediate accessibility in same building in 2 to 4 minutes. Hotel lobby 3rd floor is same floor with JR entrance. Very nice hotel. Very comfortable, rooms very nice. Lots of choices of restaurant within the hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the Niigata train station (10mins?) so if it's cold and snowing, maybe abit more challenging, but on a nice weather day, it's a pleasant walk. Staff are super nice. I requested more pillows and towels, and were brought to my room very quickly.

The premium queen room is fantastic. On the high floor with a lovely view of the mountains. Hotel is close to a shopping mall called Love La with Uniqlo, Muji, GU, CanDo and Aeon supermarket. There are also familymart and Lawson nearby. Food wise, McDonald’s and Matsuya (24hours) are walking distance 5mins. Room is quiet and great to stay!

The next day was my return trip, so I stayed at a hotel in the city. I used to only use Toyoko Inn, but recently I’ve been staying at Route Inn a lot.
