The customer service is polite, the employees are well groomed, the rooms are well cleaned and the prices are reasonable. It was a perfect hotel.

But there was something I could never accept. At that point, the efforts and work of the on-site staff and cleaning staff are reduced to one star.

Certainly, the equipment and age may be old, and some people may not serve customers like servants, but considering the price range, it is a mistake to ask for such a thing in the first place. Customer service is not free.

After a quick check of the low-rated reviews of past Rakuten reviews, I couldn't find anything that mentions the cause of the one star below, so I'll write it to sound the alarm.

That is, the hotel used room amenities (shampoo, etc.) from a company that had human rights and moral issues.

This company is such a company that the management made extremely vicious hate and discriminatory remarks against Asian people (the company name is hidden because there is a possibility of violating the posting rules, but if you look it up online You can imagine it). I have announced an apology comment, but that level of "post-processing" is not acceptable at all.

Once the corona has settled down, we should expect to welcome a diverse range of guests from neighboring countries. From such a standpoint, it is unavoidable to use a product of a company that has made discriminatory remarks and hate without hesitation, even if the quality of the product is high, even if it is regarded as an accomplice relationship of discrimination and hate. think. It contributes to the sales of the discriminatory management company. Hate is not as light as "I didn't know, I'm sorry" to blame you.

However, this is something that the on-site customer service staff and cleaning staff cannot do anything about. From the standpoint of an employee who has been seized for life and death, it will be difficult in Japan to raise a resolute voice against discrimination while staying inside.
