Location is good just nearby JR station, easy to reached. That’s some convenient store and restaurant around, also Aeon supermarket. Staff are nice and Japanese style breakfast included, also there’s free drink concern at the night time, that’s good for us!

I've been a long-time Super customer, and I stayed at this Yonago hotel last year, so I know it well. It's right outside the station. Perhaps because I checked in late, not only were the optional pillows sold out, but even the lotion was gone. However, the TV system seemed upgraded compared to last year, the breakfast was as good as ever, and I also enjoyed the onsen (hot spring).

Besides dinner, the hotel has a large public bath, but since there's only one, it can only be used by men and women at separate times. I actually arrived quite late at around 11.35pm since my train just arrived 5 minutes prior. It's an easy walk from the station since the hotel logo is well lit. Reception seemed abit too eager to see me arrive haha. From check-in to finish, everything was smooth and up to expectation with the route-in brand. Although the chain is more for business, I use it quite often as a convenient and value for money stop between scenic points during my sightseeing trips. I highly recommend it!

Excellent location, easy access to Yonago station. A lot of restaurants are next to it. In room facilities are little bit old fashion but working fine. Window cannot be opened. Room is hot if air conditioning is on during g winter.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Yonago Station. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby, as well as an AEON mall for daily essentials. The room was clean, and also spacious enough to comfortably open a 28-inch suitcase. It was a pleasant stay!

The facility is old and the room facilities (lighting, clothes racks, etc.) are not good. The washbasin and toilet are also old and inconvenient. Sheets and towels were normally provided.

Perfect for a solo traveler. The toilet in the room had a rather old washlet. It's been a while since I've seen the Panasonic logo lol. If you're used to regular toilets, you might not know where to flush? As for the location, it's far from the station, so I think you need a car!

A nice resort hotel with decent dinner menu/buffet style, and osen experience for guests. The rooms are quite old and dated, but they are comfortable and family friendly. The staff are nice and there is a gift shop selling local goodies.

I stayed here for a trip at the end of the year. It was a reasonable plan, and since my room was on the second floor, the view wasn't that great. The hotel felt nostalgic, unchanged from when I last stayed there seven years ago. The atmosphere was comforting, in a good way. These days, many hotels are renovated from apartment buildings, so I'm looking forward to seeing souvenir shops and game centers...

The evening meal and the bar next to the pool were excellent. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The bath was great. It was a shame that it was raining and we couldn't see the sunset.

It is rare to be able to stay in a hot spring hotel at this price. Dinner was served in buffet style with a wide variety of dishes, including freshly fried Tottori Wagyu beef and all-you-can-eat red crab legs, but the crab legs were a bit dry. This time, we stayed at the inn to visit relatives in Yonago. My 84-year-old father, my sister, and I were treated to a great deal of hospitality. The food was delicious, and my father, who had lamented that nothing he normally eats tastes good anymore, finished off a considerable amount of the food. Staff with excellent service, the hotel is not very new, the toilet in room is small, no bath room in the room. All customers have to use publuc hot spring bath room. The decoration is good. I was driving, so I'm not sure about other public transportation options. The buildings and rooms were rather old, and the hot spring wasn't very big. The view from the window was a sea view, which would have been nice, but unfortunately the weather was bad and it rained when I checked in. Overall, it wasn't great value for money. There is a bus from Yonago Station, which is not too far. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk from the station. I visited about a year ago with a tour group. The place is old but I had a good stay. The place had almost no other visitors because of the time of year, and was very quiet. The staff was very friendly, although English was not their strong point. The food was very good!

I stayed here only for breakfast. The front desk and staff were polite. The free drinks were great. It would have been nice if there was a bag or basket when going to the large public bath. The bag next to the front desk was only big enough to fit underwear. I had trouble taking towels from the room. I brought them in the bag I brought with me just in case. I used it on a business trip. It was a reasonably priced low 7,000 yen including breakfast, hot springs, spacious rooms, and a highly satisfying experience. Although the exterior is a little dated, the rooms and breakfast area are clean. There is a free coffee and other drinks server next to the front desk.

The staff is very friendly. It is family-friendly, including providing amenities for children. It is easy to use Gaike Onsen. However, it would be nice if there were screens on the windows. It is nice that there is a kitchen so you can prepare simple meals.
