Good hotel. Nice location. Easy access to city and zoo.
The free spa and sauna were spectacular! We enjoyed it a lot. The room was spacious but the lighting was dimmer than preferred.
Convenient and good location. We booked 2 rooms for our family. Good breakfats too.
Good service, clean rooms , best is the breakfast with great view of the whole city. The breakfast is worth staying here for!
The collaborated hotel parking lot was not working well. We got stuck couple times and had to go back and get another ticket.
We stayed 2 nights here during winter time. The parking is nearby and is about 2min walk away. Room renovation was kinda old but it was spacious and clean. Front desk staff are very friendly and nice and the breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast time together with the awesome view and the food was amazing.Overall experience is great and we definitely will come back again.

If you're coming to Daisetsuzan Asahidake and your budget allows for a slight splurge, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It's truly excellent (and I'm used to staying at international chains like Marriott and IHG). I genuinely recommend it. Also, it's best to stay for two nights; a bluebird day is a rare treat.

Such a vibe! This hotel is perfect—they have a library with free coffee and tea 24/7. The food is 10/10 for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are huge and beautifully designed. Plus, they give you two different outfits to wear around the property and a super comfy set of pajamas!
This hotel is super convenient, located right next to the Asahidake Ropeway (about a 1-minute walk). They have a free hot spring, and both breakfast and dinner are included in the price. The room itself is also quite spacious.
The room was huge, the biggest and most expensive hotel I stayed at during this trip to Japan. It included breakfast and dinner, and the meals were quite varied and plentiful.
