Hotel WBF Grande Asahikawa in Asahikawa

Had a 2 nights stay here, the hotel rooms were really small which we already knew but we had to pay about 17000yen per night for such a tiny and old room totally not worth it at all. Plus we were charged another 2000yen for the car park for the 2 nights stay, and guess what the car park slot is not even guaranteed for all the hotel guests because they are open to outsiders as well. If there is not enough slot you have to go around to the car park behind the hotel which is across the roand and a good 5mins walk, so if you have a lot of luggages to carry you would probably be cursing. We were fortunate enough to get a slot but had to wait about 5 mins for someone to leave the hotel car park. (2 weeks worth of travelling so our luggages are not technically light).

And because we have been travelling for 2 weeks and needed to do laundry, the washing machine and the laundry were so dirty, and dryer was not even working properly, tried drying for almost 80mins and the clothese were still wet...it was a total nightmare, for long holiday travellers do avoid, if you are passing by the town and staying for one night i guess is still fine.

Honestly I was going to give this hotel a better review, but then I went to take a shower and found hair all over the wall of the bathing room. Clearly nobody had cleaned this room. Disgusting.

I’ll just shower at my next hotel, thankfully I am checking out in the morning.
