I lost my wallet during my stay and the hotel mailed it back to me. Although there were some communication issues and the process took some time, everything was returned intact. Appreciate their help.

Very new, clean and well equipped hotel, the public bath and hot springs pools are amazing, 炭酸泉 is strongly recommended, must try. Location is perfect and walking distance to train station and food street. 性價比極高。

Hotel WBF Grande Asahikawa is centrally located in Asahikawa, very close to Asahikawa Station, making it convenient for trips to Asahikawa Zoo and other attractions. There's an AEON Mall near the station, which is great for shopping. The hotel has a hot spring bath; it's small but very comfortable. Breakfast is standard, but you'll get a full meal.

Very nice stay. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Hotel has a complimentary lounge with drinks and ice lollies for guests. Attached bath house is also fantastic with indoor and outdoor baths. Definitely will stay again.

The room for 4 a bit small and heat inside room is centralized, guest canot amend the temperature... But the onsen has couple varieties which are very nice for traveller to relax.
Front desk staff are helpful as well, they did their very best to address all our queries.

over all is good, staff is friendly. location is good. They have a lounge for wine tasting. And also free drink after hot bath. This small thing made the experience great.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Asahikawa JR Station, making transportation very convenient for reaching various attractions by bus, and the main shopping streets are within walking distance. The room was very spacious (compared to other hotels), and the natural hot spring was exceptionally comfortable (with a massage pool and a bedrock bath). If you're staying in Asahikawa, I highly recommend this place.

The room was small but very clean. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the hotel's on-site hot spring was a nice bonus.

The public bath is so good. There are pools at different temperatures. There are jacuzzi pools and individual soaking tubs.
The lounge is open 2-10 pm and there is complimentary soup, soft drink, wine and sake.
The service is very good.

We opted for the priciest hotel in this area, primarily because of its impressive public bath facilities. Our room was reasonably spacious and offered a view of the JR station. However, parking came with a 1000 yen fee, making it pricier than the public parking facility right next door. The public bath itself was decent. Breakfast was good as well, but considering the price point, the overall value for money was genuinely disappointing.
