Good Hotel, staff are very kind...We spend more time in this hotel, enjoy the private hot spring (with shower, hair dryer & etc - complete accessories), after the hot spring go for a massage chair then follow by free ice cream. At night free noodles are also Oishi.

They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.

The hot springs are fantastic, especially the outdoor one on the rooftop – it's an amazing experience when it's snowing! The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit far from the ski slopes.

kuoranoya furano - convenient, on Kitanomine main road - we booked ground floor as we got heavy luggages - equipped with all facilities needed, including stove, rice cooker,refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, washing & drying machine, coffee machine, dish washer, shampoo & rinse, liquid soap, iron and desk, hair dryer, all utensils. - the house keeping even arranged brand new coffee powder, pepper...

We booked Kuranoya 3F through All About Furano. The apartment was fantastic - clean and new. It was too cold to use the deck and the spa wasn’t in operation (we knew that would be the case) but it was large and had a great view. The bath was lovely and deep and perfect after a days skiing. We loved this place. AAF were excellent. Their communication was fast and helpful and they assisted with booking...

Small cosy apartment, good to share with family and friends. Has a great washing machine and dryer, nice beds, fully furnished and fuss free parking.

Beautifully decorated with everything you need in a kitchen. The bathtub doesn't have curtain but only a glass covering half the bath. Water spills out easily when taking a shower. That is the only bad thing i can think of. The service is good. A staff member actually came to the place when i couldn't get the washing machine running.

This hotel is perfect for ski lovers – super convenient! The breakfast timing is good, but it can get a bit repetitive.

The stay is excellent but only 1 lift serving the entire building. The waiting time during peak hour is unpleasantly long
