Very good ski and out hotel. Slope is just right beside and rental and equipment lockers are just in the basement of the hotel. Room is spacious. But do note that in winter, only centralise heater for the room, no aircon. Room was too hot, even after opening the window, had to request a fan. Onsen bath is good. Good location easy to access for ski activities and only 5 minutes to fuma farm also enjoy anytime with Nigel Terrence. The room very comfortable also separate zone of bed room and toilet.

A great ski in ski out hotel … the only one in Furano. Ski lockers are well spaced. Breakfast buffet is so sumptuous… makes one so full to go skiing! The rooms are comfortable tho not v modern.

Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa...

Good Hotel, staff are very kind...We spend more time in this hotel, enjoy the private hot spring (with shower, hair dryer & etc - complete accessories), after the hot spring go for a massage chair then follow by free ice cream. At night free noodles are also Oishi.

They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.

The hot springs are fantastic, especially the outdoor one on the rooftop – it's an amazing experience when it's snowing! The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit far from the ski slopes.

The location is just opposite the JR station which is convenient and hotel have its own free site parking. Overall good experience, only the breakfast not my fancy type.

Very good holiday in an excellent location. It has free parking and also coin laundry service which is helpful. The only thing which could be a consideration was a very small room especially the bathroom.

In front of the hotel, children can play in the snow, and equipment such as snow molds is provided. However, the hotel has very limited amenities. Even the pajamas are only in the form of robes. I paid for my child, but no amenities were provided unless we specifically asked. There is also an onsen, but it is small and not a natural onsen. We stayed 4 nights and honestly loved it — this was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The room was clean, cosy, and super comfortable after being out in the cold all day. The hotel is very close to the ski resort, about a 15-minute drive away. It offers free parking and self-check-in. Its location right next to the JR station is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel is very conveniently located near the JR Furano station. However, food places are located about 10-15 mins away on foot. Self check in and check out system were efficient. The room itself was not large but it was comfortable and cozy. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Recommended for those who want convenient location near the train station.

an upside down home capitalise on scenic views through the living room. Cooking in the open kitchen is nice but the frying pans are old and not in good condition. The bedrooms are on the ground floor. Rooms are nice and tidy. There is no toothbrush provided. Unfortunately there is only one air conditioner in the apartment which is in the 1st floor living room. It maybe a problem during hot summer...

The accomodation was superb. It is the perfect accomodation for family. The place is close to the ski ground,about 5 minutes walk away. The view is awesome and very quiet.
