4 star hotels in Furano

Good Hotel, staff are very kind...We spend more time in this hotel, enjoy the private hot spring (with shower, hair dryer & etc - complete accessories), after the hot spring go for a massage chair then follow by free ice cream. At night free noodles are also Oishi.

Definitely the best hotel i stay in Hokkaido, the washing machine works well, free ice cream & ramen, private onsen

They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.

Great location walking distance from furano station. Love the amenities provided. Great onsen private room, free ice cream, probiotics drinks and late night ramen, breakfast. Nice view from hotel room. Love the hairdryer and skincare products provided in the onsen!

Very recommended hotel in furano, private onsen is the best. All staffs are nice. Free ramen, ice cream , probiotic drink

The hot springs are fantastic, especially the outdoor one on the rooftop – it's an amazing experience when it's snowing! The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit far from the ski slopes.

This hotel is perfect for ski lovers – super convenient! The breakfast timing is good, but it can get a bit repetitive.

I had a wonderful stay at Fernix Furano From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is excellent—convenient to attractions, yet quiet enough to relax. I also really appreciated delicious breakfast and efficient housekeeping]. Overall, my experience...

Very spacious and clean rooms! We have an enjoyable stay!

The stay is excellent but only 1 lift serving the entire building. The waiting time during peak hour is unpleasantly long

Good hotel with decent size room. Breakfast was good! Definitely will come back for winter.

Staff services are just average compared to other hotels in Japan WC bidet spray not working

It is fantastic journey. Front desk has gave us a coupon to go to winery to get free bottle of wine. Perfect and front desk is very friendly can speak English.

I don't think I will come back to this hotel.. there's a weird smell in the corridor/ room & it's pretty dated inside.. definitely not worth the price in my opinion. The sofa in the room has a huge stain too. The location is ok. Right opposite JR station but this hotel definitely needs a good refurb.

The hotel is good location we can find so easy. This room is clean and check-in so easy. There is car parking So important for tourists

Located opposite of the JR station, walking distance. Modern layout. Good nite’s rest. Free parking available within the hotel vicinity.

The location is pretty good! It's about a 5-minute walk to a large drugstore and supermarket, which is super convenient for shopping. It's also close to the station, so you don't have to walk too far when going out in winter. The hotel provides snow grips, which is quite fun for playing in the snow outside. The toilet felt a bit old, but overall it was decent.
