Furano, 29-17 Kitanominecho (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The compact room was clean and perfect for a family with children.
The water pressure in the shower was amazing! There was a wide variety of tableware, and the coffee was delicious.
Clean, high quality, good value stay near ski Res Cabin was in very good condition. Super warm for snowing weather. Super clean. Check in instructions clean. My friends and I had an amazing stay. 15 min walk (3 min drive) to the Furano ski resort, which has parking up there.
Cozy, warm and good amenities. Love the rooms option were normal bed and futons. Seico mart is a 5min walk away. Cleaning service was fantastic too.

Furano, 4-33 Okamachi, Sorachi District, 071-0762 Nakafurano Town, Sorachi District, Hokkaido, Japan (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I especially loved this guesthouse. It's a homestay run by a Chinese couple. It's very cozy, comfortable, and stylish, with excellent facilities. The pastoral scenery outside the window is beautiful. I will definitely come back next time.
During my summer vacation in Hokkaido, I planned to stay in Biei's Furano for one night and two days to fully enjoy the blossoms. Seeing Hanafuji Ryokan's impressive 4.7 rating on Ctrip, I chose it without hesitation. Even though it wasn't available for cancellation, I paid immediately. A few days later, I saw it was fully booked, and I was so glad I'd made the booking. The hotel is conveniently located...
This is a hotel run by a very kind couple. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is homemade bread and pudding, using local bread and milk, very fragrant and delicious! Before we left, they also recommended us the itinerary for Sapporo and Otaru, and reminded us to pay attention to the snow. Thanks to links for recommending such a good treasure hotel~
The whole hotel is small, but very clean and warm. It is decorated with a homely feeling and has all kinds of facilities. We arrived in Nakafurano after dark. The night of this small town is very quiet. In the snowy field, we can see the light strip hanging on the eaves of the hotel door from a distance, emitting a hazy yellow light, just like a lighthouse at the port. The breakfast at the hotel is...
Very good service, because I am not traveling by car, I can call the owner to communicate and put my luggage in front of the counter. The house is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the owner can communicate in Chinese, Japanese and English, which is convenient for tourists. The only thing I pay attention to is that the streets of Furano are relatively dark at night, so it may be a little...
Very new decoration, warm family hotel, super breakfast, definitely an ideal accommodation choice for Furano trip. I especially like the freshly baked bread for breakfast!

Not the best location or amenities, nor the cleanest or most modern facilities but more than acceptable for the price. Shared showers were huge and quite nice. Rooms were reasonably sized and good air con, although beds weren't the most comfortable. However the staff here are amazing. When we visited there were 2 young guys working. They had fantastic english skills and were really hospitable. These...
Nice small hotel. Nice location, Close to Gondola, only 50 meters to Furano Snow School. The building like new, warm in winter. Staff friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied.
Refreshing quaint little place situated off the center of town. Manned by courteous staff. Enjoyed our stay here.
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms made it the perfect place for a ski vacation. Good value for money for the breakfast and the 8 to 9 on happy hour provided a great opportunity to socialize with other guests.
as the title says it's definitely petit. Shared areas are quite cramped but the rooms are spacious. Very close to the ski field gondola. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is basic eggs, toast and bananas but a good start to the day nonetheless.

Loved staying in the hotel. Very traditional Japanese style hotel. Room has your own heater and AC for summer. Sound insulation is pretty good. Room has plenty of space for my one person room. The only problem that I can't give 5 star is the bathroom. Seems like there's only 2 male and 2 female baths in the whole hotel, they are single people bath like they have in normal Japanese house. I only used...
The price is more economical, parking is convenient, there is a drink machine, and the boss is very nice. I arrived half an hour late that day, but the boss was waiting for me. I had to bring my own towels for showering and mouthwash. There is a supermarket nearby. There are no restaurants nearby before 9 a.m., and takeout is only available at the train station. It is recommended to buy breakfast at...
There is a TV in the room, and the Japanese-style room is also large. There is only one room for bathing, so you have to wait for a long time when there are many people. There are supermarkets, new shopping malls and restaurants within a ten-minute walk.
The location is a bit remote, so it's relatively quiet, and the room size is adequate! There are no restaurants/shops nearby, it takes 6-7 minutes to walk, and there is only one shower room, so you have to wait in line! The boss used a translator to communicate with me, so there was no problem!
It's pretty good, with a local style. Furano is a beautiful place, but local accommodations are in short supply. This time I booked a hotel next to JR station because I need to go back and forth to Kitanomine Ski Resort every day. If you are considering a limited budget, you can stay here. If you want more convenience, I recommend staying at Kitanomine or the New Furano Prince Hotel, because going...
The room is Japanese style, no air conditioning, too hot at night.

Walked 18 minutes from the train station to the B&B, didn't realize the owner offered a shuttle service. Accommodation in the Furano area during the snow season tends to be tight and pricey, so their rates are quite affordable.
You can experience a Japanese-style tatami room. The owner is friendly. The facilities are old. However, it's acceptable for the price.
The facilities of the B&B are in line with the website. Although the equipment is a bit dated, it is generally kept clean. The host of the B&B is very enthusiastic and you can ask him for assistance if you need anything.
I found the accommodation is great value if you are solo traveler but don't want to stay in hostel. Free parking is a bonus and close to Lawson and Coop (supermarket) which is convenient. The downside is they don't have a communal kitchen and you have to ask owner for hot water which I found a little bit inconvenience.
A bit old, insufficient hot water supply
Spacious room, 10 minutes walk from the station

Overall is excellence. I like dining room that have tea, coffee. But the breakfast need to improve since the portion is small. Moreover, I can not accept the rule about not allowing kid under 6 year to stay here.
The entire room and public areas were incredibly clean! The front desk staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English. There's also plenty of parking right outside the entrance. Just a heads-up, you have to switch to indoor slippers upon entering the hotel. If you plan on going in and out frequently, I'd recommend wearing shoes that are easy to slip on and off at the door. The breakfast was...
Nice cosy stay with great breakfast, friendly staff. Driving required
We were here scouting a bit for the coming winter and really liked the location very close to the slopes and also a few restaurants a short walk away. Downside perhaps that no Lawson or similar in the immediate surroundings but maybe there was some other minimart around the lift station. Just spent a night here so not much time to drift around the area. Easy parking in front, fast check in and a...
Lovely stay at the hotel. They hv a lounge that u can rest and relax with your friends. Breakfast was great!!
Yes, I like it very much, the scenery is nice, very close to the ski resort, I like it, I will come again next time, the food is also good, the environment is good, the scenery is OK, there are many ski teams nearby

Nice place, clean shared bathroom and toilet
Easy check in, host very helpful during the stay, good breakfast.
The boss is very nice, the breakfast is rich, and the location is close to Elf Terrace. Overall, I am satisfied. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.
Really beautiful property. Everything was super clean and in great condition. The bath is amazing and perfect for recovery after skiing all day! Jun made us amazing food for breakfast and lunch when we needed it, overall I would come again.
This place is very good. The rooms are clean, good service, cute accommodations. My wife likes it very much.
A very beautiful location that is unfortunately a bit too far away if you don't have a car. But the host is very friendly. Room is fine. The breakfast too. It might be useful to also make a dinner reservation. We had not done that and there is not much to be found in the area

The room was clean and spacious! The staff was friendly and the location was remote!
It feels homely, can tell the owner put a lot of thoughts into the decoration and ensuring guests have a good experience. Such as sanitary pad in the bathroom for emergency. The owner even sell some stuffs like kimono and handicrafts.
The room is located in the middle of the mountain. It is a private room. You need to go downstairs to take a shower. Maybe I am not used to living there, but the overall feeling is very good. This time I chose the plan without breakfast to experience the feeling of living in the countryside.
Delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. Friendly staff, very kind and attentive. Lovely communal living area with cozy fireplace. The snowmobile and ice fishing tours are unique winter experiences. Great value for money all around!
Alright. Careful and available team
Cozy home with quirky decor and friendly staff. We stayed in the Dolphin room and did not hear any of the other guests. Laundry available for a fee, shared refrigerator. Staff was very attentive to us; they gave us fresh brewed coffee without our requesting it, like they were reading my mind! We don’t speak Japanese, and did just fine with the help of the hosts’ English.

Had a great time staying here - great hospitality, great location, great food and the weather was perfect. There are restaurants very close by with cheap delicious food and good coffee over the road.
Breakfast was great. Friendly staff, room was large. Nice sitting area with other guests for happy hour. Bathroom was a little small but serviceable. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the lifts.
Really enjoyed our stay at Furano B&B. Its like a home away from home in the snow and only a short walk to the lifts More like a traditional ski lodge rather than a B&B, with comfortable seating around a fire place to enjoy a beverage or two, and a tall story or two, after a day on the mountain The hosts Mamiko and Mick were outstanding as were the breakfasts they produced each day. We were also...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this really lovely, exceptionally well maintained b&b. A short walk to the gondola and ski area which was great. Our hosts, Mamiko and Mick (and Simon) were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were some of the best we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this b&b to anyone wanting to stay in furano, close to the slopes.
The B&B in the forest is run by an Australian couple. The Australian-style breakfast is prepared by the landlady herself. The room is a good size and the hot water is great. It's very good.
A cozy establishment with superb breakfast (better than some of the 3 or 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at) and good amenities (there is a fireplace by the window at the lobby!). The hosts are welcoming and friendly too. Special thanks to Mamiko-san for being the best host ever 😊

Very satisfied! First, the house is a small wooden house. The landlord informed us that we could take a taxi from the station. After the taxi arrived, the landlord drove us to a nearby restaurant. The breakfast was delicious. The landlord’s wife cooked Western-style meals. Later, the landlord sent us to the station. Along the way, we were introduced to nearby plants. There is a large bathroom for everyone...
Though the location is a bit remote, the environment is very nice. The owner is very friendly. What makes me give 4 for facilities was that toilets and bathrooms needed to be shared.
A comfortable place to stay in. The house is next to a vineyard. And a nice view of the snow mountain. Inside you can order drinks. Shower will be shared. Place is away from the main road and need car. The host is friendly and helpful.

This place is a low budget pension and for what we paid in comparison to the prices of other accomodation in the area its good value for money. Right at the foot of the kitanomine ski fields. There is a ski hire place right down the road about a 3 minute walk called goodsports. The place has its pros and cons. There is a share fridge which allows you to go into town and buy food from the 2 supermarkets...
This is one of those “you get what you pay for” places. Reasonable rates for Furano especially within walking distance of the ski lift and rental shop. Reasonably clean rooms. We got the Japanese room which allowed for more space when the beds were rolled up. Shared toilets and bathrooms. The bathroom is the standard Japanese public bath set up so there are NO individual shower cubicles. Only male...
Better than it looks. Decent in terms of facilities, just don't expect any frills. Right at the foot of the Kitanomine slopes, which unfortunately were not open in mid-December. Mattresses need to be replaced but the pillows were surprisingly comfortable (memory foam), providing adequate neck support. No common areas for dining except the picnic table out front.
I stayed at Pension Young House for 7nights. The location to the ski lift is second to none, could literally snowboard to the front door. Although the owner spoke little english, he was as helpful as he possibly could be. The rooms are basic, but clean and serviced daily. I wouldn't consider any other accommodations in Furano for my future trips.
Shared bath area. Room was clean and functional... location is good if you have own transport... owner/ keeper was not very friendly though...
