The location is just opposite the JR station which is convenient and hotel have its own free site parking. Overall good experience, only the breakfast not my fancy type.

Very good holiday in an excellent location. It has free parking and also coin laundry service which is helpful. The only thing which could be a consideration was a very small room especially the bathroom.

In front of the hotel, children can play in the snow, and equipment such as snow molds is provided.

However, the hotel has very limited amenities. Even the pajamas are only in the form of robes. I paid for my child, but no amenities were provided unless we specifically asked. There is also an onsen, but it is small and not a natural onsen.

Breakfast is served as a set, with a choice between Japanese or Western. The Japanese set is decent.

There is no drinking water provided in the room. The room size is fairly spacious.

The location is not very strategic—perhaps because Furano is a small town and there isn’t much around.

We stayed 4 nights and honestly loved it — this was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The room was clean, cosy, and super comfortable after being out in the cold all day. What really made the stay special was the view: from the front we had a beautiful mountain view, and from the back we could see the ski resort, waking up to snow scenery every morning felt unreal.

The hotel was also quiet at night so we slept really well, and the overall vibe felt warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to daily stay was smooth. Location worked great as a base for Furano (especially for snow activities). Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Furano.

The hotel is very close to the ski resort, about a 15-minute drive away. It offers free parking and self-check-in. Its location right next to the JR station is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel is very conveniently located near the JR Furano station. However, food places are located about 10-15 mins away on foot.

Self check in and check out system were efficient. The room itself was not large but it was comfortable and cozy.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Recommended for those who want convenient location near the train station.

prefect location just next to the JR station, however, the front desk has no smile and very cold, we did not feel very welcoming. Room is alright with comfortable and clean bed.

Location is very convenient since you have the train and the bus very close by. From Furano you can go to visit the lavander fields. Pretty awesome experience 😍

Located opposite to Furano station, excellent view. Simple but high class design. Room is not big, 2 large luggage being opened leaving it no space to pass through.
