Crowne Plaza ANA Kushiro by IHG in Kushiro

Is in the prime tourist location, but is a bit off from the JR station

Thank you to the hotel staff who helped during the 8th December earthquake. It was our families first experience of an earthquake and tsunami warning, so we were very worried. We came down from level 16 to the level 3 evacuation zone once the tsunami warning was triggered, and we met your staff there who were setting up the evacuation area.

A big thank you to the male staff member who put our minds at ease and used google translate to guide us and let us know it was safe to return to the room
1）地理位置优越，出门左边有便利店；离币舞桥走走也就到了，可惜当天天气不好，没有看到世界有名的落日；
2）楼下的西餐厅味道很不错👍价格也比较公道
3）洗衣机是免费的（在四楼）
4）地下停车场是1000yen(住客)，虽然不免费，但也比较公道。
5）入住当晚遭遇地震（12月8日，7.6级）虽然钏路离得比较远，但是在16楼，晃得也比较厉害。后来海啸警告也来了。我们穿好衣服，从16楼冲到3楼避难层（虽然沿着绿色指示，但是在三楼找不到出口，后来员工打开了宴会厅的门，将我们安顿下来，一家三口才比较安心！十分感谢员工们！后来有一位男士一直利用google translate跟我们沟通，也让我们安心不少。十分感激！第二天check out时，想看看他叫什么名字，写一封感谢信，但是名牌太小了，不了了之。不过，疑惑为什么其他旅客都不下来？那么淡定）

The staff were friendly, the hotel is in a great location, and I would definitely visit again.

Near Lawson 3 minites and fishermans wharf 4 minutes walk. 20 minutes walk from Kushiro Train Station. Good view if your room is facing the seaport where fishing boats park specially at night.

The ocean-view room with its large glass windows was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. Although it's an older hotel, the renovation made it almost look new. The hotel's construction was very solid, and the bathroom showerhead had great water pressure, which was a plus.

It was also the only accommodation that provided bottled water.

I came here to evacuate because I couldn't leave Kushiro temporarily due to the tsunami. The experience was good, except the food was a bit lacking.

The shower was very good and it even had the timer to control how long the water will run.

View of the sea from our room was great. The breakfast spread was good and service of staff in the hotel was pleasant.

Great hotel and great location. The only hotel to go at Kushiro in my opinion.
