If you're looking for a business hotel in Kitami, this is definitely the place.
The rooms are old, but they're well-kept and very relaxing. The large public bath is also clean and not crowded, so you can relax and enjoy the food. The Chinese restaurant is a little pricey, but the food is delicious. As this is a popular hotel, early reservations are essential.

Guests think the free hot springs and sauna are a great service, and this hotel is the only choice for business trips to Kitami.
It would be even better if you could use the sauna in the morning as well.

The rooms are clean.
The in-room bath is very good and doesn't have a damp smell (many places do).

There are very few electrical outlets. Gadget-lovers beware. There is a basic USB port, but the cable is short and inconvenient to use.

The large public bath is for men only.
There is a lukewarm jet bath, a hot bath, and two cold baths. The dry sauna was just right, not too hot. The changing room isn't very large, but it wasn't an inconvenience.

It's very nice👍 that you can drink draft beer right after leaving the changing room. Of course, it's charged to your room.

Parking🅿️ is in the multi-story car park across the street. It's small, so it can be a bit of a hassle for large vehicles.

There are two entrances, one on the lobby side and one on the back side. It looks like it would be great for getting a lot done!

The parking lot was far away and it rained so it got wet. The door lock was old and sometimes I couldn't get it out.

I came to Kitami City, Hokkaido on a business trip.
The hotel is located in the center of town, so it's convenient for going out for drinks.
It's comfortable with a hot spring and sauna.

Apparently women can choose between breakfast or an anime tea set, but I was given the anime tea set without being asked.
I later asked the front desk and they changed it to breakfast. Breakfast is 1,000 yen, so if you don't want the anime tea set, breakfast is better.
Other than that, the location was good and the breakfast was delicious.

Parking is available in the multi-storey car park opposite.
After 9pm, the elevator closest to the hotel stops working, and the elevator far from the hotel is working, so it was a bit difficult for me to move around with luggage as I was unfamiliar with the area. This is not the hotel's problem, but it would be nice if the notice was more prominent in the guide (I may have overlooked the comment beforehand).
Other than that, there is no large public bath for women, and it is only for men, so we were given stylish amenities. The shampoo provided had a nice smell, and the room was clean.
There is a TV and you can watch YouTube, so it is a relaxing place to stay. I would like to stay here again.
