The front desk staff who spoke Chinese were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They went over every detail and assisted us with check-in. The early morning airport shuttle was also very convenient. The room had an amazing view. It's just one subway stop from the outlet mall. The room was spacious, though the decor was a bit dated. However, it was very clean. There's a free shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient and only takes about 15 minutes. There's also a large supermarket nearby that stays open until 10 PM, great for browsing. Their prices are about 10% cheaper than 7-Eleven, and they even have discounted items in the evenings. Plus, it's just one stop away...

Great location, very close to Kansai Airport, and there's a supermarket downstairs which is super convenient for shopping. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the airport once an hour, which is incredibly thoughtful!

Very close to the airport, and the Lawson convenience store downstairs is a big plus. The parking lot is huge, and parking is free. There's a large public bath on the first floor, and they even have a good selection of free manga to read. It's a shame they don't offer an airport shuttle service, though.

The hotel is just opposite of Rinku Premium Outlet, also there is a shuttle bus going directly to Kansai Airport Terminal 1 located at seaside inside the mall. Its convenient sta for last day shopping before your flight.

In the room 508, it's the room that's selected for me. The floor inside this room was dirty, i cant walk without wearing shoes. It feels like when you are stepping on the floor spilled with icecream.

The hotel is located near the Kansai Airport. The free airport transfer was very helpful for us to get to the hotel after a late night flight arrival. The hotel rates from Trip.Com was very good. There is a very affordable breakfast buffet at the hotel. In-house public bath was an added bonus to refresh ourselves after a long flight to Osaka.

The hotel was good. Staff friendly. Room good. I face a problem when check in as I drive a micro bus. Staff told me I need to pre book before arrival.  But we have problems communicating with my limited Japanese proficiency let along calling the hotel to pre book. After 30mins of negotiation, they allow me to park for ¥3000. Really want to thanks them for their help.

The location of the hotel was somehow far from the station, espcially hard to walk in summer, with luggage. otherwise the hotel is clean, and we could check up earlier that 15-00. The public bath was small but nice. The aeroprt transfer was perfect and in time

Between 5 and 10 mins walk from the nearest subway depending on how fast you go. About 2km from the nearest airport express subway so need to change trains if using the nearest stop (normally the local train is waiting when the express arrives). I stayed here for one night because I needed to catch an early morning flight back to Sendai. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom were clean. The great thing about this hotel is that they have a shuttle bus that will take you to and from Kansai Airport. If you miss the shuttle bus, you can take the train from the station and walk 10 minutes to the hotel.

The room can only accommodate two single beds. The door lock is a manual lock with a key. The buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and you can eat enough. The distance from Jingyuanli is similar to the horizontal fold above the convex characters. The hotel is dark and sparsely populated at night.

I love this place! It's perfect! Very clean. It's chilly in January but there was a machine to brew me a hot cup of coffee in the lobby. The nice concierge allowed me to check in a little early. The immediate surroundings aren't the coolest, but fun things are close enough and the price of staying here is a great value.

This hotel really embodies traditional Japanese hospitality. The staff are warm and friendly, and I loved being able to try different hot springs. It's also super close to Kansai Airport and offers excellent value for money.

This hotel is a 15-minute drive from Kansai Airport, and you can enjoy the hot springs for free, which is very relaxing. Although the exterior looks a bit old, everything else is spot on. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to the airport.

Dinner and breakfast were included, and the food was delicious. The hot spring offered a variety of baths. An airport shuttle service was provided, and the kimonos were beautiful.

The room is spacious, but the bathroom is too narrow! The location is far from the railway station. Even during the morning rush hour, there are no taxis to take orders using Uber. It is only suitable for self-driving guests or tour groups. The breakfast was just okay, but the highlight was the view of the city of Izumisano from the top floor.

The room was small, but perfect for a single person. I was able to relax in the bathtub. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was very helpful.

High cost performance, less food around

Great hotel, lovely staff and good location right near Izumisano station, 7/11, 100 yen shop, mixed goods shop and lots of local restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious with the choice of Japanese style or Western.

It is in an old building. Stayed there for a night because I reached KIX too late. Has a rustic charm to it. Loved it.

The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Izumisano Station (Nankai Line) and very quiet. While the bed for two was a bit small, haha, it's definitely worth it overall. The coffee available by the elevator in the lobby was delicious. It's a great stopover for those on the go.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It's just a 3-minute walk from Izumisano train station, making it incredibly convenient for catching a flight. Vending machines are available on some floors, and you can get ice from the front desk. It pretty much met all my needs.

It was a wonderful family trip. The ryokan itself, nestled in the mountains, was a welcome respite on a hot day. Sakura, a Shiba Inu over 20 years old, was also incredibly cute.

Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish. I would certainly return to this hotel.

The room itself was fine but there were several mosquitoes. I think I killed around 10 of them and there were still more. Location is a bit noisy with many motorcyclists outside.

The place is old overall, the room smells terrible, there's a lot of dust on top of the refrigerator, and I found hairs everywhere. The nearest convenience store is an 8-minute walk away.

Quiet and cosy hotel. Rooms are fairly old fashioned but the shuttle to the airport is a brilliant service. It does leave quite early however, so may not work for all flights.

It was a really nice and cozy room, I stayed in a dorm but had the room all to myself. Clean Toilet and shower, a water heater for instant food. Location was nice, only needed a few minutes to the station.

The room was clean and very nice. However, it was right next to the room next door and there was no soundproofing at all, so it was a little uncomfortable at night. However, the location was good, the facilities were clean, and overall, I was satisfied! The bathroom and toilet were also clean.

A great place to stay if you have an early departure from KIX. The hotel is nice, clean, reasonably priced, and offers a free transfer to the airport. Will definitely stay with them again next time.
