I arrived by early morning flight on 6 March 2026 at Terminal 2 international arrivals and got on a free airport shuttle to this hotel at Terminal 1.
The hotel is just within 10 minutes walk from Terminal 1 of Kansai International Airport, the location is superb especially if you got an early morning flight to catch.
This was not our first stay at the hotel and we enjoyed it. Beds and pillows were...
I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Tosuji (Manager) for his exceptional kindness and professionalism. Despite my mistake in booking a different room (I truly thought I had booked the same one), he was so understanding and gracious in allowing us to remain in the same hotel room for another night. As a mother traveling with a child, moving rooms can be very stressful and difficult, and his consideration...
Highly recommended, especially for early morning or late-night flights!
A quick tip on getting here: Google Maps might tell you it’s a 15-minute walk and lead you on a long detour around the building, but it’s actually less than 5 minutes from Terminal 1. Just head to the floor above the arrivals level (or go to the departures level) and walk toward the Aeroplaza/Railway station building. You’ll see...
I would rate them 10 stars if I can. Great service and great location. This is first time my son traveling abroad with me. He had no problem to use regular toilet in US but maybe Japanese design is very adult friendly. The staff found us the kiddo toilet seat, it’s life saver to us.
Other great things about this hotel is very convenient and offering spacious room. You can fit 3-4 suitcases without...
Had a great room booked with a great view of the Kansai airport runway. It's a convenient hotel located next to the Kansai airport terminal and the JR line. Staff were helpful though knew little English. The rooms are spacious with great amenities provided such as toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and skincare. The hotel uses Olive Well and Pola. Though I wish they provided some sort of bath product as they...
the location is good, it is convenient and it's the 2nd time i got to book this hotel because this is the 2nd time that my the scheduled flight got delayed.

The room was incredibly spacious, and being on a high floor was a plus for our family of three. The front desk staff were very welcoming; even with my limited English, checking in was a breeze. We stayed here for a layover, which gave us plenty of time to explore the outlets. We even found a nearby fishing tackle shop where we bought the fishing rod my child wanted. It was my first time trying this...
Izumisano Center hotel is near the metro station, it is convenient.
This is my go-to hotel every time before I leave Japan. It's super convenient with a large supermarket nearby. If you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk, there's an even bigger supermarket, or you can take a taxi to the Aozora market area to browse and buy some fresh seafood.
It’s quite close to the Izumisano Station, but if you come to this hotel and enter through the back door, you’ll be welcome with an empty floor (probably that is considered as ground floor). Don’t be scared, just look for an elevator and walk upstair, that’s where the receptionist is located. They can’t speak English that well, so just be ready to show the passport of the person who booked the hotel...
Everything was fine, they have the shuttle buses to the airport for free, room was clean, warm, recommend
The dining photos are very misleading, it's nothing similar to that. The breakfast was very disappointing and more reminded us of a very poor college dorm style canteen.

This hotel is the perfect choice for an overnight stay in Osaka, especially if you have early morning or late night flights. The biggest highlight is definitely the view; looking down at Osaka from above gives you a similar feeling to being at Harukas 300. The outlets and the nearby trail are great spots for shopping. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, its prime location right at Rinkutown...
step to the train.and 5mins.wall.to The outlet. Also.have airport shuttle.
The room was a bit dated, but the location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from the outlet mall, and the view from the window is great.
Nearby the airport and the station. Very convenient for me arriving late night. Convenience store nearby as well. Also has good view from the room. Will come again.
Even after visiting Kansai so many times, this was my first stay at a hotel near the outlet mall, which was super convenient for restocking. There are several airport hotels really close by, so it just depends on your personal preference. This particular hotel offers an amazing panoramic view of Rinku Park and the outlet from its airport-view rooms. The scenery is absolutely stunning!
Room was large about 55sqm, corner room with 4 beds, amazing views at night, comfy beds. Super convenient location near airport. Hotel offers free shuttle.

Excellent value for money. Lots of free amenities. Very close to the airport and a shopping retail park. I would definitely stay again.
The room was clean and tidy, with convenient facilities and warm, attentive service. It's less than a ten-minute walk from the airport bus stop, and close to several duty-free shops, which made my last two days in Japan feel peaceful and comfortable. The airport bus was punctual, and I even noticed hair clips and a mirror inside – so cute! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kansai Airport
Location is convenient, hotel have free transport, easy to find.good for long hour transit passengers
Rooms is abit old. But location going to airport is good. Not much food to look forward near hotel except convenient shops.
Plus point is the breakfast.
Good for location especially with shuttle to Kix. Free parking for the guest is a plus. Check in and out is via machine. But ammenities are very limited such as no pillow choice and suggests to put towel under them.
The assigned room is close to main road and very noise throughout the whole night.
Won't choose this next time.
This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. Every time I leave Osaka, I make sure to book my last night here. They consistently reserve the same room for us, which is a nice touch. We stayed for six days and five nights this time. The breakfast selection remains fantastic every day. We didn't request housekeeping during our stay, only fresh towels daily. Unfortunately the swimming pool is out of service.
The room was spacious, though the decor was a bit dated. However, it was very clean. There's a free shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient and only takes about 15 minutes. I stayed at Heianna before, and it wasn't as expensive then; the prices have gone up quite a bit. A taxi from the hotel to the airport in the morning cost nearly 6,000 yen. The hot spring was large and felt great. My husband passed out after just half a bottle of dry white wine...
The dinosaur at the front desk was a fun touch! The hotel is right by the sea, so the ocean view was pretty nice. It was very quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. In the lobby, you can swap for pajamas, and there's a free hot spring bath available.
Stayed here for our last night in Japan. First timer staying at this establishment. Excellent location just that need to walk quite a bit from the Kansai airport, thats all. This hotel is just one subway stop from the airport, and the station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it perfect for an overnight layover. The self-service check-in/check-out was super convenient. They also have a hot spring, but unfortunately, we arrived late and left early, so we didn't get to enjoy it.
Always great, the hot springs face the ocean 🌊. This year, they even added a gym, though I didn't get a chance to try it out.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Japan. It's just one stop from the airport, which is incredibly convenient. In the room 508, it's the room that's selected for me. The floor inside this room was dirty, i cant walk without wearing shoes. It feels like when you are stepping on the floor spilled with icecream.

First time staying at an airport capsule hotel for an early flight! It was incredibly clean and hygienic, with separate sections for men and women. The bathroom was also very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing soak. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

A standard Japanese budget hotel, perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. They even offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport!
The hotel is located near the Kansai Airport. The free airport transfer was very helpful for us to get to the hotel after a late night flight arrival. The hotel rates from Trip.Com was very good. There is a very affordable breakfast buffet at the hotel. In-house public bath was an added bonus to refresh ourselves after a long flight to Osaka.
The hotel was good. Staff friendly. Room good. I face a problem when check in as I drive a micro bus. Staff told me I need to pre book before arrival.
But we have problems communicating with my limited Japanese proficiency let along calling the hotel to pre book. After 30mins of negotiation, they allow me to park for ¥3000. Really want to thanks them for their help.
The location of the hotel was somehow far from the station, espcially hard to walk in summer, with luggage. otherwise the hotel is clean, and we could check up earlier that 15-00.
The public bath was small but nice.
The aeroprt transfer was perfect and in time

All were very good. Food was great
I stayed with my family.
The hot spring water was of excellent quality and the bath was very thick!
I had felt a little roughness on my back, but by morning it was completely gone and I was amazed at how smooth it was.
The portions of the food were just right and it was delicious.
Considering the price, I thought this was a very satisfying ryokan.
I love hot springs and have stayed at many ryokans...
It was a wonderful family trip. The ryokan itself, nestled in the mountains, was a welcome respite on a hot day. Sakura, a Shiba Inu over 20 years old, was also incredibly cute.
The hotel's service was excellent, and the staff took every request seriously. Even with language barriers, they carefully consulted and confirmed everything. Dinner was also amazing! The hot springs were genuine, and my skin felt so smooth after soaking!
This modern and elegant hotel in Japan offers comfortable guest rooms and top-notch amenities. With fine dining, a fitness center, and free Wi-Fi, the hotel is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Major attractions are within walking distance, allowing you to easily experience the city's charm and vitality.
Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish.
I would certainly return to this hotel.

I like the hotel, because it's clean and comfortable, solf bed and good coffee.
Nice hotel and very kind staff. When booking I did not even know they offer a free airport shuttle service, which is very convinient!
I stayed here for one night because I needed to catch an early morning flight back to Sendai. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom were clean. The great thing about this hotel is that they have a shuttle bus that will take you to and from Kansai Airport. If you miss the shuttle bus, you can take the train from the station and walk 10 minutes to the hotel.
The room can only accommodate two single beds. The door lock is a manual lock with a key. The buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and you can eat enough. The distance from Jingyuanli is similar to the horizontal fold above the convex characters. The hotel is dark and sparsely populated at night.
I love this place! It's perfect! Very clean. It's chilly in January but there was a machine to brew me a hot cup of coffee in the lobby. The nice concierge allowed me to check in a little early. Its proximity to Izumisano Station makes it incredibly convenient for a one-night stopover, perfect whether you're catching an early flight or simply breaking up your journey before heading to Kyoto the next day. The Japanese-style accommodation was very comfortable. Its location was excellent, with plenty of authentic Japanese snack shops nearby. The elderly landlady was incredibly kind and welcoming. However, the cleaning staff seemed a bit abrupt during morning check-out.
