It was okay, but there were bikers revving their engines late at night, so I didn't get much sleep. The service staff were all very polite. They offer airport pick-up for late flights. The pick-up spot was a bit confusing; there were 12 numbered signs, and the driver probably parked wherever there was space. However, the car had the hotel's name on it, so no worries about not finding it. It's best to call ahead; I did, and they arrived a few minutes early to Terminal 1. If I hadn't called, I probably would have waited at Terminal 2 until the scheduled time before they came to Terminal 1.

A standard Japanese budget hotel, perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. They even offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport!

The hotel is located near the Kansai Airport. The free airport transfer was very helpful for us to get to the hotel after a late night flight arrival. The hotel rates from Trip.Com was very good. There is a very affordable breakfast buffet at the hotel. In-house public bath was an added bonus to refresh ourselves after a long flight to Osaka.

The hotel was good. Staff friendly. Room good. I face a problem when check in as I drive a micro bus. Staff told me I need to pre book before arrival.
But we have problems communicating with my limited Japanese proficiency let along calling the hotel to pre book. After 30mins of negotiation, they allow me to park for ¥3000. Really want to thanks them for their help.

The location of the hotel was somehow far from the station, espcially hard to walk in summer, with luggage. otherwise the hotel is clean, and we could check up earlier that 15-00.
The public bath was small but nice.

Good location. This is very good for people who would like to catch an early flight. So comfortable with the airport pick up service! It is right in front of the hotel.🤩

Basically it's just about the convenient shuttle bus from/to the airport (including to T2). The room was very small, the mattress was awful and I found a stain on the bedsheets. Also having a checkout time at 10 am is totally unacceptable (you need to pay extra in order to stay until 11).

Conveniently located near the airport, perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight. The room was clean and compact, with all the essentials. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. It’s not luxurious, but it does the job well if you’re looking for a practical, no-fuss stay close to Kansai Airport.

Airport shuttle bus service is really nice as no need to search for public transport. A variety of choices fo breakfast, balanced diet. Despite having a shower in the room, public bath is also available. Excellent insulation as I heard no outiside noisy. Friendly staff.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Aston Hotel. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly drivers and the shuttle bus service. This was our first encounter with the hotel's hospitality, and it left an outstanding impression. It's incredibly convenient, particularly for those arriving on a late - night flight.
The check - in staff were also top - notch. They greeted us with warmth and handled the check - in procedures meticulously, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door.
And let's not forget the breakfast. It's a buffet, and the food is absolutely oishi. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel.
